🧹 Hygiene: Not ideal, there are still some hair on the bed! There is still dust that has not been cleaned up!

較為不滿意，原因如下：
1. 掛羊頭賣狗肉，一到店就告訴我們説原預訂房間（那個北歐大床房）空調壞了，給我們調整為另一個房間，其實都不是悦途優家的房型，而是一個叫做"金也納"的酒店
2. 調整後的房間直接打不開門，應該是門鎖沒電了，十分影響體驗
3. 前台和上面的服務人員溝通不暢，服務意識和能力均有所欠缺
4. 最後換了一個面積較大的麻將房，但衞生十分一般，且沒有電吹風，向前台反饋後也沒能提供

住過很多次了 ，價格很實惠，地理位置優越 交通便利，樓下就有吃的 ，晚上樓層比較高還可以看夜景，房間挺大的 ， 還不錯，

萬達廣場這個價格，性價比還是挺高的，😂就是這個隔音呀稍微有點不好，樓上小情侶的聲音，嗯～挺尷尬的😂還有就是衞生紙有點少，廁所沒有放新的，房間有包新的但有點小，拉臭臭都不敢多扯

體驗感真的極差極差極差！！！
1.一到酒店就很無語，帶着攜程訂了的頁面去問，説沒我的名字，喊我退房，人家到店的就説有房，啥意思？平台訂了的不算？還是説直接到店的你們黑着心賺更多？要不是有顧客在邊上幫我説話，你們估計就打死不承認我訂了房吧。大家都是上班的不想給你們添麻煩，但是也請貴酒店核實清楚之後再開腔。
2.進到房間，看到空調直接線都拔了，我們費勁插半天都插不上，好不容易插上之後温度15.5度，改都改不到，大冬天冷**啊
3.衞生間一股下水道的臭味，浴室頂天花板都是壞的，沒想過整改下嗎
4.床品很多污漬，沙發上面的污漬更多，真的東西都不敢往上面放。並且，床都是壞的，躺下去感覺床都要塌了
