上午趕時間坐高鐵，七點二十到前台退房都沒有，叫人沒有迴應，打座機電話也沒有人接，需要自己到處找人退房耽誤時間，前台過來後一副睡不醒欠了她錢的樣子，服務太不專業了，裝修老舊，類似家庭小作坊。
