使用酒店毛巾被告知毛巾臟了洗不乾淨，需要收取28元清潔費用。並且直接從按金扣除態度強硬！第一：酒店毛巾本就不是全新的，都是清洗消毒後重復使用。第二：收取了清潔費用，應當理解這個毛巾本就是可以清潔完成的，不然應該是購置新毛巾，並且把舊毛巾給我。而且酒店本就有清潔洗滌布草的流程！綜上所述，不建議入住此酒店，如果迫於無奈請客人自帶洗衣液用完給酒店洗乾淨，或者衹睡覺，其他都別動酒店的東西，
