我定過一次房間中規中矩，對得起這個價錢。我第二次預訂，我到了前台想入住，前台説暫時沒房，跟我説要不出去玩三個小時再回來。我覺得你沒有空房你就把訂單頁面鎖了不要讓別人下訂單，我拉着行李到了你又跟我説沒有房要我等一等。
