Had a great time with summit hotel usj. Room big and spacious. Room and toilet clean. No complaints to summit hotel usj. All staff so helpful and with smile. Will come again soon.

Good location. Connecting door to summit mall.. a simple mall with variety choices of food. Room is ok for short stay.. unpleasant smell from the room carpet.. breakfast is good but less variety

The supermarket is beside the Hotel.

16/9 we checkout the room on early morning around 6.40am but we got the phone call at 2.20pm the Front office team call up and ask that we stolen their iron. This is really ridiculous. The Duty manager explained that the housekeeping mentioned the iron is missing. The DM did not even apologize for what happened here not sure the housekeeping report mentioned there is iron inside the room. When we check in on 14/9 our room had no iron . This will be the first and last we check in here. No more. The toilet is badly in shape leaking on the paip and still no apologise from the duty manager. Room 1818 try to avoid.

I just had my kid tournament bowling at ampang superbowl. I recently stayed at a comfortable and affordable hotel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and include a bathtub, providing a great level of comfort.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with a complimentary welcome drink upon check in .I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
Summit hotel situated in subang jaya is easily the tallest hotel around this area 😂
Easily accessed via kesas, elite and npe highway if you are driving there. If you are using public transport then the summit hotel could be reached by riding the putra lrt or using the sunway brt.
Facilities and anemities are standard as other four star hotels.
The place is not shabby at all and allocated parking spaces are enough for them.

The hotel is in Subang Jaya, quite far from the city and takes up to 1 hour to reach it by LRT, unless you have activities in Subang or further south then this hotel is not for you. The installation of the hotel is not well maintained so it looks older than it is, their elevators smell quite strong so it is not pleasant to go up and down. I'd describe the furniture as quite old like 70's although it looks ok. The service people normally don't do anything for you unless you ask them to.
