I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be impressively cost-effective. The service was exceptional; when I discovered my room wasn't clean, they promptly upgraded me to a larger one at no extra cost. Though the initial room issue was a drawback, their quick resolution more than compensated for it. On a brighter note, the hotel served excellent coffee, a delightful perk for mornings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the outstanding service made up for any initial hiccups. I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate attentive staff and good coffee.Will rate this experience 3.1415913 out of 5.

Very good shopping is especially convenient, but there is no formal front desk and you need to pay cash for the room. You can’t use credit cards, but the foreman is very polite, praise, praise, and will stay in again next time

Serviced apar**ent hotel, the price is not expensive, the decoration is quite old-fashioned, the room is large, the view is very good, the hotel check-in is in a corner on the first floor of the basement, and a deposit of 150 MYR is required.

The best thing abt this hotel is it's location other than that it's not that good. I stayed there for 2 nights, the room had ants in it and the towels, bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. The interior is very old and everything needs to be replaced. Overall I would say this entire hotel needs an upgrade asap cuz it's not that good. My main issue was the ants tbh.

The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained.
Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation.
The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area.
Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

However, I strongly recommend for people who are able to spend a little bit more for Sunway Resort as the fitness centre and other amenities are just that much better. However, Sunway Pyramid truly was a good stay with a great breakfast.

Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move.
Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea.
Room service has to be requested.
Only body syampoo provided in toilet.
At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor.
Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️
The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪
Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐
