This is one of two places I like to stay at when I come to Subang. First, it's attached to the Empire mall Subang, which to me is a huge amenity because there's so many shops, restaurants and services like massage, karaoke and much more including a grocery store. Second, the location opens you up to hundreds of really good medical, and other malls not to mention some of my favorite restraunts. Secondly, it's well priced for the room quality and location. For me personally I like staying here and do recommend it.

We are very excited that they upgraded us to Sunway Resort Hotel due to a crowd booking. There are a few restaurants to choose from for breakfast. First day breakfast at Gordon Ramsey bar and grill and second day at sunset terrace.

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

New hotel i think. Location is at industrial area, its okay to me. Room also okay, but the toilet bit dirty and smell not good. The sewerage smell from the toilet came out,we have to sleep with the smell😂. Breakfast food so so. Overall okay. If they settle the sewerage problem will be great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be impressively cost-effective. The service was exceptional; when I discovered my room wasn't clean, they promptly upgraded me to a larger one at no extra cost. Though the initial room issue was a drawback, their quick resolution more than compensated for it. On a brighter note, the hotel served excellent coffee, a delightful perk for mornings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the outstanding service made up for any initial hiccups. We had a very good experience staying in this hotel for 5days 4nights! 👍 The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️ The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪 Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐

For USD17/ night paid. 1 standard queen bedroom Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move. Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea. Room service has to be requested. Only body syampoo provided in toilet. At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor. Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

Starting with the Concierge Assistant, his welcoming positivity was just what I needed. He kindly brought my luggage directly to my room—such a nice touch! We then enjoyed a delicious fruit punch that was simply amazing. Our room was perfect, with vintage vibes and a lovely bathtub. We even brought bath bombs to make the most of our night. Now, about the breakfast—you must try their rendang ayam, hot chocolate, and dim sum. I wholeheartedly approve of them all. I will definitely return for another spontaneous stay. At first, when I read the previous reviews online, I was a little worried about whether it would be a scam. In fact, the worry was unnecessary. The room we booked was right at the front of the second floor. It was a connecting double room. When the curtains were opened, you could see the street view. It happened to be a Friday when we checked in, and we had a panoramic view of the lively scene of the restaurant on the corner of the street; it was a 3-minute walk across from the hotel. You can go to KK convenience store, 5 minutes walk to MRT, and close to many restaurants, very convenient
