The soundproofing equipment is very poor, the room is closed, the soundproofing effect of the corridor is not good, and the waiter is not enough... which leads to the lack of service. It is purely a budget hotel, considered as a post station...it can be qualified.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past 2 weeks on/off and they have truly made me feel at home! The hotel is modern and relaxing! The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them. Kane made my time here amazing, very friendly and chatty! He is a real credit to the team! I love it here. 5 * and good location to Trafford centre to! Rooms are always lovely and clean and very comfy bed! Can’t recommend enough!

There were three of us using three different rooms, two of which are premier plus. All the rooms all rooms had all what we needed. Friendly staff at all points during the visit. Good breakfast, dinner and drinks. Parking was not an issue and although the hotel was busy, there were no issues.

Excellent location and great value for money. Food and drink offers were fab - especially if you wanted to keep costs down. Bed was very comfortable. Really easy to get to and walk over to the Trafford Centre. Only issue was with the shower curtain - I'm not 100% sure these are the most hygienist of things to have in a hotel in 2025.

Very disappointing oversight stay - booked two rooms as travelling with 3 kids, requested these rooms in advance to be close together. They couldn’t have been further apart one was the last room in the building and one was right beside reception. After a very long wait for check in as there was a massive queue at 3pm we requested for rooms to be close together this wasn’t possible. When entering one the rooms the room was freezing, there was no towels or toilet roll. I had to leave two children in the room by themselves to go to reception to ask about the heating and request towels and toilet roll. The room still had urine in the toilet it hadn’t been flushed. The man at reception said they had issues with heating and he would override the system. It lasted for an hour then room was freezing again. I found an oil filled radiator in the corridor and I took into room to warm it up. We went to the bar around 8pm and ordered drinks which took ages there wasn’t that many about but staff were very slow. I ordered desserts and a hot chocolate for the kids desserts were brought straight away but had to go and ask about hot chocolate half an hour late the girl at the bar was extremely rude / she just left it on the bar and didn’t inform us it was ready so by time my husband went to get it it was cold. Breakfast was very busy and food wasn’t being topped up quick enough, no water or milk being refilled, staff just ignored when you asked for something. Extremely dissatisfied with our stay have stayed in this hotel numerous times before but that will be the last time. Some staff training on customer service wouldn’t go a miss

Our stay was fantastic. Our waitress Hannah deserves a special mention. She was so attentive to us. She made sure my mother had an accessible table with plenty of space. She was so accommodating to my children and she really did make the dinner for us both nights with her attention and service.

We had a nice relaxing stay here, easy to find, swift parking and booking in, We stayed in a Premier Plus room which was on the first floor. Barring a few stains on the floor ( looked like make up stains ) the room was clean and comfortable.. The Nepresso coffee machine was faulty, didn’t heat up, we only found this out in the morning so didn’t complain as we had coffee at breakfast. I was surprised the bed wasn’t as comfortable as normal, ( we stay in premier inns 3 - 4 times a year) The downstairs social space was very clean and welcoming, breakfast was ok.

Good value for money but poor mattress (unusually) signs of petty cost-cutting measures creeping in and the cooked breakfast was not up to scratch - dry, cold, hard eggs etc. Overall, OK for the (comparative) prices in the area but disappointing compared with other PI's I have used.
