The soundproofing equipment is very poor, the room is closed, the soundproofing effect of the corridor is not good, and the waiter is not enough... which leads to the lack of service. It is purely a budget hotel, considered as a post station...it can be qualified.

I absolutely love Premier inn however, this one was a mess!!! I booked a Premier Plus room and when we got to the room there was no Nespresso or choccies. There was 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Went down to reception/bar and told the guy there and he gave me the 4 Nespresso pods but said there was a problem with delivery so they had no chocolate. Not a problem so high tailed it back to the room and then noticed the actual problem. The bed is what I can only describe as a double at best. The cleanliness was a disaster- see photos attached. Went to the bar, it was good and the staff were nice. We had prebooked the meal deal and the evening meal was disgusting, again see photos, the food was so "old" and burnt and beyond inedible. We would have e complained but only had the option when the waitress came to our table right at the end. The breakfast was the same, cold and very poor. I would have told 'reception' when we checked out however there is no one there, just a box to put your keys into. I did phone customer service and they gave me a £31 refund - what a bloody joke. This is why I won't stay at a Premier inn again. It's not the money, I don't want to pay for food that I can't eat or a dirty room - you judge for yourself what the hell these stains are.

All staff very welcoming and helpfu. Just accross rd from trafford centre, bus and tram station . Excellent breakfast and kids upto 16 yrs eat free with paying adult 15 min tram/ bus ride to old trafford . Hotel right beside a golf centre that has driving range and 2 great 18 hole crazy golf courses and ski centre

I have stayed here a few times and it really is one of the most unfriendly premier inns I have stayed in. My first time was ok but my last couple of visits have been terrible. It took over 25mins to check in. Then I needed to change rooms. Woken up in the night. The staff are disinterested and difficult to find . There are far better premier inns in the area. Do not waste your money here . I most certainly will not be coming back

Lovely clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and my daughter also got gifted some sweets and chocolate by the staff because it was her birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great experience. We will be back. Special thanks to Barbara

Been here a couple of times now and its in a great location. Rooms are what you would expect like every other Premier Inn, but unfortunately the WiFi is like every other Premier Inn too and very poor, they always seem to build them in places where there is very poor phone signal and they want you to pay for the better (apparently) WiFi which is just as bad speaking from experience. What i can say though is the bar and restaurant staff are amazing, especially a great guy called Celio, who couldnt do enough to help you, he was fantastic with me and I watched him with everyone else he served and was extremely professional and went above and beyond. 1st class service.

Nice hotel but just received a fine from Horizon Parking Portal for my car being parked in their car park for the 2 nights stay. I Registered car registration at check in as I do always. Yet clearly hasn’t worked ( even though it was confirmed) as now receive a fine of £57 then if not paid £95!!!! I do not expect this harassment for something that is clearly is not my fault. Premiere inn please get this issue sorted as not the first time this has happened from reading previous reviews. Would I come here again probably not.
