The hostel is located in city center so convenient to come here. There are convenient store around here and next to the park. The host is kind and welcome. I was happy staying here just one thing, there is no lift and my luggage is so big. A bit struggle going up to the room

Very beautiful, clean place to stay. Perfect location nearby the city centre. Very good price and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is very bad, the receptionist does not support guests, forcing guests to pay extra for renting sheets and pillows without notice. This is not a hotel, this is just a bad motel.

It's very close to the city center, very characteristic of Stockholm. It's easy to take a walk and park. There's also a kitchen that can be used

There was an error with my access card so I couldn’t enter my room. Contacting the staff out of the opening hours was simply not possible. I recommend looking for another place if you are coming out of the normal hours. Asking some other people at the hostal for help, I was told someone in the afternoon had the same problem.

BEDBUGS! To start with, we are aware this is not a 5 stars hotel and our expectations were not high. The breakfast was not the best but decent, the local staff a little unkind and rough, the shower curtain smelled bad. However, the real problem were bedbugs and the attitude of the staff after it was reported. We noticed insects in the room (we didn’t know at the time what it was) and I ended up being severely bitten. I reported this to the hotel by e-mail after I learnt what it is and after being examined by the doctor. I wanted to make sure they do something about that but they immediately replied there’s no way there are bedbugs in the hotel. Searching for bedbugs should take at least 1 hour (the insects hide) so there is no chance somebody even went to the room to check. I need to use ointment with antibiotics and do disinsection of my apartment in case I transferred bugs from that hotel. It is a costly and unpleasant process and the hotel’s attitude is unacceptable. I went through other comments on booking and we are not the first ones to report that. The personnel’s response is the same, though.

I booked this hostel via Hostelworld after I found that I would be staying in Stockholm for the entire duration of my trip due to a cancelled group event in Turku, Finland. The hostel is roughly in the middle between the Radmansgatan and Odenplan metro stations. The entrance to this hostel is only accessible by walking down a few steps. The hostel does not have an elevator and the spiral staircase up to the floors with the rooms are narrow but does have railings. The spiral staircase to the basement where the kitchen and dining area are is narrow and does not have rails the whole way down. Each floor has at least one toilet. The twin room I had was clean. I only stayed here for 2 of the 10 nights I booked, The hostel gave me a refund for the 8 nights I did not stay less a SEK 300 administrative fee, I would not recommend this hostel for anyone who has difficulty walking up and down stairs.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Best hostel in Stockholm if you ask me. Fresh showers, unique arches in the basement dining room. Well-equipped kitchen where you can cook your own food. You can walk down to the city in a quarter of an hour.

Not the best structure. Certainly central, at low prices it is difficult to find anything else so it may be fine if you have no expectations. The practically non-existent staff is friendly, the breakfast in the basement is ok. It should be given a refresh.
