It's quite a distance from the station, so it's a bit tiring to carry suitcases when it's snowing! But the breakfast was delicious. The room was a bit too small. It was a bit difficult to open the luggage for two people. There was no place to move around. The biggest problem was that the bed was too soft. When I slept, my whole waist collapsed, especially for those with lumbar disc herniation. Very unfriendly to people! Didn't sleep well all day. Other than that, everything else was fine. The location is above a shopping mall, which is quite convenient for shopping. It will be much easier if you know how to take the underground passage!
We really appreciated the central location this hotel had in Stockholm. The hotel is located literally 20 m from the Arlanda Express exit and is close to major sites like Stockholm's Central Station, city hall, and many good restaurants. There is tram stations nearby that can help you get to Gamla Stan, the Royal Palace and the museum area.
We liked the quiet room we had and it always seemed to be at the right temperature during our stay in December. The room was a bit compact but was packed full of stuff - we had two chairs, a large TV, a desk, a kettle and a small closet to hang jackets in. As a couple, we wish we booked the room with a slightly bigger bed but we had no problems sleeping through the night. We also wish the electrical was better planned in the room because the light switch and plug locations were not convenient - there was a reading lamp set pretty high above the bed, there wasn't a plug in on both sides of the bed and the majority of plugs in the room were under the desk space so our kettle had to be used on the floor.
The bathroom was nice and clean at this hotel. They had some nice sage scented products including conditioner, shampoo and body soap. The towels were very absorbent and soft. It was easy to get hot water and the shower had very good pressure. The shower wall was not bolted to the ground and there wasn't a tight seal but water only leaked out once.
The breakfast was a highlight at this hotel. They had a large dining area on the ground floor near the lobby area and they offer a large variety of items. They had a hot food area with pancakes, chicken sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes and vegetables with all the accompaniments like lingonberry sauce, whipped cream, mustard, maple syrup, etc. They had a coffee machine, large tea selection, smoothies, ginger/lemon shots, juices and on Saturday they offered us some non-alcoholic champagne. We appreciated the variety of cheese, pastries, fruit and cold items in the breakfast area as well. It was a good start to the day each day we were here.
Check in went smoothly and they have options to do a digital check in and to check out online. The lobby area had a games area, a bar and a lounge space. They also had a Christmas station setup at the back of the lobby which had candy for the children on Saturday. Behind the hotel is an Ice Bar which is promoted at the hotel.
If we find ourselves back in Stockholm we would consider this hotel again or recommend it to friends and family who visit.
Just a two night stay with friends so we were able to see two rooms , and both were very different in size but same quality. Unfortunately quality isn’t up to much but to be honest it’s clean, has a comfy bed and in a quiet and convenient location to metro. Breakfast was served in the restaurant below the rooms and was very good which included sausages, bacon, eggs plus cereals and toast. Would we return? Yes .

This hotel is magical. Ilse Crawford has worked her magic on the interior design. The two historic homes that comprise the property have beautiful detailing that has been preserved and enhanced. The staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and you can ask any one of them about anything and they will help you. I would put this on par with the Aman hotels - but a completely different vibe. At Amans you keep to yourself whereas at Ett Hem you feel like you are being welcomed into your friends home.
The hotel is located right in the main pedestrian street. The room we had was neat, beds were pretty comfy as well and there was no noise heard from the street even though we were staying in a room on the first floor. The breakfast was basic continental one. They will also pack you a breakfast to go if you leave early (we got a a couple of sandwiches and a few apples). The reception staff is nice and helpful (especially Nick). I will definitely stay there again during my next city break in Stockholm.
There are many kinds of breakfast, and it is delicious. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is convenient to various attractions. Just walk to the subway one stop ahead. There are many restaurants to choose from along the way. There is a shopping mall next to and opposite the hotel, and there are also supermarkets for convenient shopping.
I visited the scenic spots in the morning and returned to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel staff provided coffee and cookies in the lobby, which was quite considerate.
Based on some work colleagues suggestions I tried the Grand hotel for my latest visit to Stockholm. Not coming back to this hotel. Having been at the Eat Hem, the Sheraton Stockholm and the Miss Clara, this Grand is at the bottom of all of them. The rooms are small, the temperature inside them is freezing and the heating system is turned off, the service is poor and the food at the restaurants is extremely average. When I asked for a recommendation for a nice place for lunch they suggested the TAK. Absolutely disgusting restaurant, old, dirty and horrible combination of Swedish and Japanese (both cuisine I love, but not in this format). Lastly, due to a change of my business plans at last minute, I asked the front desk (Ylva) for a couple of hours delay on the check out. They came back stating that, if I wanted it, I would need to pay 30% more. 2 hours for 30% of the full day rate. What a special treat! When I complained about all what was wrong during my stay, 5 minutes later they came back to offer me the 2-3 hour extension for free, once I had already come out of my room. In summary, unpleasant stay, horrible experience in an hotel situated in a special location of one of my preferred cities. What a pity!
Centrally located in Stockholm, this hotel is close to NK, Ahlens, the main shopping streets & Gamla Stan (the old town). Room is spacious, cean & has a 20s theme. We asked for a room on higher floors & we got a room on 5th floor, overlooking the square which is really nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is tasty & has a variety of choices. No pool, only a gym. Parking costs 450skr every 24 hours. Basic toiletries provided in the bathroom. Staff are helpful & frienly. Will stay there again!
The location of this place is exceptional. It is located on the top of Stockholm Central Station, so tram, trains and Airport (Arlanda) Express are all right there. The hotel is modern and located centrally with great restaurants and other attractions. Yes, it is not in Gamla Stan, but we walked there easily, about 25 minutes. This place has all the shopping areas nearby as well. The rooms are way too small. It was just impossible for the 3 of us (Adults) and I wish there were bigger rooms. The breakfast is also good, (again, it grades only a 3.8 or 3.9 out 5 because, have stayed in other Scandinavian hotels where the breakfast was just too good [in the range of 4.5 to 4.8]). The hotel also loans bicycles to their guests and it is first come first served, which is very good. Hotel service staff are okay. I would stay here for the location and convenience, and around this area, this is one of the best. If willing to compromise on the location, then there may be other hotels that are better. Not sure.

Outstanding
GGuest UserGreat, lively bar and restaurant! Great location. Rooms were good. Check-in and check out was fairly quick.
Quite a few small issues though that they could easily improve upon.
Curtain doesn't close all the way so there is some light in the room from the buildings next door that keep their lights on at night. Internet and phones weren't working the night I arrived. They could have told me that upon arrival.. There was some urban construction at 4am for some strange reason. I was told I had made two bookings but I only paid for one. Not sure what happened with the second one that they said I made. Wish they would have followed up with me so I didn't have to worry about it.. They say there is a swimming pool on trip.com but then I found out you can't actually swim in it. They should be more transparent about the size and purpose.
I'd still consider it again though.
TTracyWWe had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!
We were celebrating our 4th anniversary and the hotel kindly gifted some yummy chocolates in the room at check-in. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nespresso coffee pods were replenished every day. The view from the room was amazing too!
Big thank you to the front desk staff who were very welcoming and accommodating!! I was also able to leave my large suitcase for 2 days during my short trip to Copenhagen.
KKat OBooked another 4 nights for our business trip, due to the convenient location of Biz Apartment Bromma. The apartment is near to the tram station, supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Superb value for an accommodation in Sweden, great services and cleanliness. We accidentally left our souvenir at the hotel room (405) and the chambermaid helped us to safe keep it for our collection - highly appreciated ❤️❤️
AAsnafi NaderExcellent location: 2-3 minutes walking distance to the central railway station, the city center and many shops, department stores, restaurants, bars, theatres… long inchecking time (a long check-in que), the breakfast buffe can be improved… A nice hotel which we recommend.
GGuest UserClean, compact & comfortable. Walkable distance from central train station. Down comforters, scenic view from our large window, large screen tv, clean bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi, self check-in (we didn’t have a reservation so we had to check-in with a staff person). We had a “Compact Double” Room for 1,689,00 SEK (about $156 USD) and it was worth it!
GGuest UserThe room is reasonably furnished, clean and quiet. It is very convenient to visit the old town. The front desk is responsible and conscientious. The breakfast is very rich. The whole hotel is small and gives people a new experience.
MmpatWater, milk, coffee, etc. were always available next to the front desk, and it was all free, which was great!
It's a pity that it's a little far from the city!
GGuest UserSuper city trip, great location in the middle of city life. Still great sleeping comfort. Check-in/check-out very comfortable via app. Family room with sofa bed on the 5th floor. And... sensational breakfast. Everything perfect.
CCurròI have been staying alone only for one night and the host was very nice. I looked tired and it was late so they kindly gave me one extra hour for the check out which I’m very grateful for. Wi-Fi very good. The room has no windows and the beds look and feel a little old which make it feel dirtier than it is in fact the bathroom (private) was really clean. The breakfast was sad. The food was exposed on a table near the main door, everyone in the street could see me eating and picking my meal. The breakfast table included: apples, coffee, the, very sweet apple juice, another kind of juice, water, bad looking biscuits and sandwiches ready for take away which is very convenient. The sandwiches were vegetarian and with ham but I couldn’t say which was what I had to ate it to discover the surprise. Overall it’s a good place to stay on a budget in one of the main city streets. Very central, nice customer service. I would eventually booked it again
GGuest UserDIRTY!!!! No cleaning service: in the three days that I stayed I always saw the same dirt around: Used underwear hanging, used paper on the floor (everywhere, even in the corridor), beard hairs on the only bottle of soap, on the sink and on the sink counter... When on the second day I asked to the reception guy when it should be cleaned, I was told that it had been cleaned the day before (absolutely false since the dirt was always in the same position) and that they had been cleaning at that moment for two hours... (and the only thing I saw done was emptying the bins, by two quite ambiguous people who live in the hostel and the previous evening were drinking alchool in the common all that for sure are no cleaning service staff)... all the dirt was left there. There is no one at reception before 10am or after 6pm. The telephone number doesn't even work, so absolutely don't arrive late Tiny rooms, THE PHOTOS ARE FAKE, there are two bunk beds less than a meter apart. IF you are taller than 1.70 meters you risk continually banging your head against doors, low bathroom vaults and pipes protruding everywhere As if that wasn't enough they ask for 10 euros for sheets and you have to pay if you want to use the locker. only two positive things: 1-being underground (without windows) and with quite thick walls it is quite quiet 2-it's in the center
