Hotel Gamla Stan, BW Signature Collection Reviews

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I struggled to carry my two suitcases up the stairs after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help me with my luggage. When I asked for help, the front desk staff simply suggested that I push the door. As you can imagine, this was not very helpful and I found it disappointing. While the lack of assistance with my luggage was a downside, I did appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. However, I do hope that in the future, the hotel can provide more support for guests who may need assistance with their luggage. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Located in the Old Town of Stockholm, it is very close to various attractions and can basically be reached on foot. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is relatively rich, the room is generally clean, and the price-performance ratio is high!

The hotel is in a great location, it's easy to walk to the old town, and the breakfast is very special. I will stay here again next time.

The room is on the 7th floor. You have to lift the suitcase up by yourself. The ceiling is triangular, and you may hit your head if you are not careful! The breakfast is OK! The location is good by the lake, and the pier is opposite. Rooms 82, 83, and 84 are all available.

The overall price/performance ratio is good. The breakfast is also rich. I stayed in two different room types and they were both good.

Very close to the Nobel Prize Museum, good location. Service and breakfast are also very good. The room is a bit small. But for Sweden, the price/performance ratio is quite high

It's very inhumane. Ctrip tried to help communicate with them many times, but they couldn't make even a little compromise.

The hotel is located in the old town. It is good to feel the atmosphere of the old town. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the alley after dinner. The hotel itself is an old house. If you live on the second floor, there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs: the staff is very enthusiastic!

It was difficult to go up and down the stairs because I had a lot of luggage, but the location is really good for traveling.

Breakfast is on the first floor. The cave design is quite special and quite rich. The location is the biggest advantage. I like it very much. It's walking distance to all places. The subway station is about one kilometer away. Except for checking in at the subway station, no transportation is required for other attractions. Highly recommended Stockholm hotel!
