"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good.
The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable.
Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey.
There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great.
The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"I chose Atour because I really like its decor style. Personally, I think it has a more artistic vibe than the InterContinental and AC next door. Honestly, the lake view rooms here don't offer as good a view as the InterContinental and AC; you're likely to be facing the construction site next door. So, I opted for a mountain view room, hoping the rooftop would make up for it. The mountain view room offers a glimpse of the snowy mountains to the south, but the foreground is the hotel's entrance road and the InterContinental and AC buildings next door. For privacy, I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so from a value-for-money perspective, a standard room type would have been better. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden peaks' effect at sunrise. However, the southern view is blocked by the InterContinental's rooftop, so you can't get a shot of the southern snowy mountains and the lake in the same frame. There's a very friendly little cat at the hotel entrance; it saw me raise my phone and immediately came over to rub against my leg. Overall, if you just want a comfortable stay, you can't go wrong with Atour. But you really can't expect too much from the views. After all, the hotels by the lake are all a bit of a distance from it. For the best views, you really need to go into the scenic area or at least to an open space 1-2 km in front of the hotel."

Next time I travel, I will choose Atour ～ Chinese people do not lie to Chinese people."

"It is a newly opened hotel, probably opened before May Day, and it is not the same as other Vienna Internationals I have lived in before. Maybe because it is newly opened, the decoration is more upscale. I booked an ordinary big bed and upgraded me to a deluxe big bed. The location is also very good. There are two business districts within one kilometer, and it is very convenient to eat. You can wash and dry, and the breakfast is good. "Superb! It fulfilled my dream of waking up to a lake view. It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't see the stars. The hotel service was excellent, with a shuttle car for transfers. It seems there aren't many lodging options inside the scenic area. This place is quite close to the lake with unobstructed views. It's only about ten minutes from the East Gate, quiet yet convenient. The underfloor heating was very strong.
The only downsides were that it was windy at night, making it a bit noisy, and the blackout curtains weren't effective enough in the morning."

What I liked most was the incredibly quiet environment and excellent soundproofing, which allowed me to get a great night's sleep during my trip. This was my first experience with the尚美兰欧国际 (Shangmei Lan'ou International) brand, and it was quite a pleasant surprise. It's also very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, and there are many dining options nearby, making it extremely convenient."

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserI highly recommend the scenic rooms at Sayram Lake! The location is absolutely superb, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing Sayram Lake directly. The distant snow-capped mountains stretch endlessly, and the lake water is crystal clear and blue – you truly live amidst the scenery. However, due to the weather, I couldn't get good photos, so my wife and I decided that if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, soft and comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. In the morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning lake view sunrise, and in the evening, you could quietly await the sunset by the lake, creating an incredible ambiance. There's also an amazing breakfast and dining environment. The staff were warm and attentive, and it was super convenient for exploring the lake, allowing for an immersive experience of the romantic 'Last Tear of the Atlantic.' This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake!

JJiayanyanyanLet's start with the positives. The hotel has a large parking lot in front, though it might not be exclusive since there's a Marriott and Atour on either side. Still, we always found a spot even when coming back late. The overall check-in experience was pleasant. We received a welcome gift per room, and there's free afternoon tea (though the coffee machine was often broken, so equipment definitely needs improvement) and late-night snacks. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The building isn't very tall, but there's an observation deck on the 7th floor. We checked it out at night, so we're not sure what the daytime view is like. The drinking water in the room was good quality, and there were complimentary local beers and soft drinks. We also had a good night's sleep.
Now for some less positive points. Firstly, perhaps due to maintenance or a centralized AC system, we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. Secondly, the quality of the toiletries wasn't great. The toothbrush was mediocre, and for some reason, after twisting off the cap and peeling back the seal on the toothpaste, the opening was solidified. Also, disposable toilet seat covers weren't provided in the room.
Overall, considering the 1500 RMB price for a standard room during the May Day holiday, it wasn't exceptionally good value for money. However, the overall service, privacy, and dining quality were decent, and it's very close to the Sayram Lake entrance. So, people can judge for themselves.

1. **Location:** Just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake, very convenient.
2. **Room:** Clean, tidy, no strange smells, good soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Our family of three all slept wonderfully.
3. **Service:** I have to commend the staff’s service-mindedness! They greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage.
4. **Quick Problem Resolution:** We returned from Sayram Lake close to 10 PM to find our room very hot and the AC not cooling. After the maintenance supervisor checked it, they immediately upgraded our room (we didn't even need new key cards, we just moved right in! This was fantastic, especially since we had already settled down, but the room was unbearably hot).
5. **Incredibly Welcoming:** We stayed with our one-year-old baby, and the young 'aunties and uncles' at the front desk and restaurant absolutely adored her. They interacted warmly with her and even gave her lots of bear toys, which really made us feel special! I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with young children.
6. **Breakfast:** Pretty good, with fresh ingredients and fruits, and tasty too.
7. **Review Incentive:** I rarely leave reviews, but they simply offered too much (both in service and gifts 😄).
8. **Construction Notice:** The ground floor road and parking area aren't fully completed yet, but parking was not an issue.
9. **Surroundings:** Several new hotels are under construction nearby, but with the windows closed, there was virtually no noise.
10. **Dining Out:** I ordered takeout for dinner as I was too tired to explore. My personal guess is that there might not be many dining options within a 10-minute walk (just a wild guess).

GGuest UserAs a Marriott Bonvoy member, I generally trust the brand. A big shout-out to Jerry, the Front Desk Supervisor! He messaged me a day in advance, and knowing we were a family traveling, he upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. 👍
The only hiccup was the restaurant reception, which was a bit disorganized. We had to negotiate both for dinner and breakfast to get our child seated. On the bright side, the breakfast itself was delicious!
Other notes: The hotel facilities are very new, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive. However, sharing one door for both the bathroom and shower room was a bit inconvenient.

Waking up early, you could head out to catch the sunrise and explore the grasslands, which was really pleasant. The service was also excellent; they offered pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area's visitor center.

The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
