"This is a perfect “you get what you pay for” type of accommodation if you’re traveling to Manila. I’ve stayed at these condos twice now within the last couple of years and I’ve never had any real problems. The good: The location is excellent. It really can’t get much better. There’s quite a few restaurants right below the building on the first floor and down the road within walking distance. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from terminal 3 of the airport (international terminal). It’s also very easy to get picked up by ride share services because there’s never any traffic on this street. There’s multiple guards around that stroll up and down the sidewalks so there’s a bit more safe and secure feeling. There’s also a 24 hour convenient store below. The not so good: The rooms look a lot bigger online than in person especially the studio units. I also saw a roach in the bathroom during my most recent stay. If you see one roach there’s most likely more within the building. Lastly they’re washing machines in a lot of the units but the last 2 units we stayed in the washing machines weren’t working. If the washing machines aren’t going to work then they might as well take them out because the machines are just taking up space in an already small unit where space is limited. All in all I’ll give this place 4 stars because you get what you pay for when you stay here and that’s getting harder to find these days. Am I being a little generous? Probably, but for their fairly cheap nightly rates and excellent location you really can’t beat it. Especially if you’re on a vacation and just trying to budget a little"

"I booked the condo for my cousins and they were satisfied with the arrangement of the room coz it was cozy. The room was a non-smoking room which makes it more pleasing."

"Great location and they offer rides to/from MOA! Was also able to check-in early which is a plus! Only downside was this was the first time I had to pay for water (P50 each bottle). Not being a cheapskate, but I hope they have a water dispenser for the guests instead. That way, guests won’t have to request for water and it also saves the Earth (less plastic, less trash)."
