During my stay in Manilla I stayed at the Conrad hotel. The location is close to the sea front, although the view is not much to be excited about, it views the quarry and large fishing boats. There is a mall 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. In the hotel, there is one outdoor pool which is not heated, a gym which you can access through the stairwell on the third floor, a spa where treatments can be booked, and several restaurants and bars during the day for your choice if you wish to stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast as there are plenty of hot international options with a range of juices, as well as tea and coffee, cereal, fruit and pastries. The hotel staff were always fantastic and the laundry service and in room service was very quick.

Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

We would like to share our appreciation of the wonderful job and the pleasant experience we had with MJ, our housekeeping server. she always served with a smile and gave us a sense of security with knowing we can trust her when we were not in our room. she checked on us when we walked by in hallway to make sure we did not need anything and was always approachable. Another reason we will give a referral to our friends and family.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel Belmont it's accessible at the airport terminal 3. I just pass at runway manila so it's easy it's not very far though just a walking distance and gladly I discovered cuz last time we just took a grab taxi knowing it's only infront of the airport.their buffet breakfast are nice too.deliciouso☕😋.the room is very clean and neat and good for relaxation.they have an infinity pool at the rooftop too..it's very windy there...highly recommend on this hotel Belmont though it's kind of expensive but it's worth the price..the staffs are kind and friendly too

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

We had 5 rooms booked in total. Bayside buffet - breakfast is nice though limited selection of main dishes. Smell - there's an unpleasant smell near bayside buffet, ground floor, like sewer smell. But other part of the hotel is fine. Room - a bit small, balcony isnt clean, ac not working properly, we got the deluxe rooms btw. Infinity Pool - too crowded, not enough space to lounge on. not heated pool, so yeah its cold. Skylounge/deck - good vibes. Dj ended her sesh early, around 9pm, no more DJ. Just soundtripping.

We are located on the 6th floor and the front of us is under construction. But it's ok. We enjoyed our stay even though the aircon kept on turning off. The remote of the tv does not function ,we use the button at the back of the tv to change channels and volume up and down. It is near SM Moa, there is a jollibee and 7/11 at the side of the hotel. Walking distance to Baclaran church. So far it's been a good stay.

We attended an event at World Trade Center, and the location of the hotel is just near the venue. There is also a 7Eleven just few steps away. The room was too small, compared to the photos, especially the toilet and bath, there was a heater but no hot water, perhaps the heater was broken. Cleanliness was quite a problem, the toilet rag outside the bathroom looked very dirty, the pillows had a bad smell, and the walls were damp (with water condensation). However, their customer service is very responsive to our requests (i.e. change room because our original room had an exposed sewage pipe at the ceiling and whenever the upper floor flushed the toilet you can hear the swishing sound of the pipes, made us anxious the pipe might leak!). For it's price, we could have gotten a cleaner and better Airbnb unit. So I guess we're not coming back. Note: photos were grabbed from google, actual sight of the room was kinda dim and gloomy

What a cool, funky place to spend a night while you're waiting to fly out. The pool and courtyard area were lovely and shaded. Our double room was small and cosy. The bathrooms and shower rooms were spotless. The wifi worked quite well. The free brekky was basic: toast, jam, peanut butter with coffee, tea or Ovaltine. I saw some oats there as well. It was a great place to spend a night in transit. So close to the airport.

Regarding service, the staff at the hotel were professional and smiling. And they actually helped me with a problem right away - paying the driver who brought me to that location. Checking in was fast and I was not required to pay a deposit. They did have porter service, but I was fully capable of moving my bags to my room on the 10th floor. The room was nice and large, and had a great view of the bay by the Mall of Asia, as well as some of the amusement rides and restaurants along the bay. Air conditioning in the room worked pretty well, and it was nice to see the refrigerator. But the television did not work. The bathroom and shower were perfect. The bed was not bad..a little hard, but comfortable. I did not have breakfast, but I did try their dinner menu. I had fish and chips. The menu said fish, chips and mushed peas for a certain price, but in England, ”chips” is the same as French fries. In the hotel, ”chips” were actual potato chips. The fish was nicely done, though, and while I did get the peas, the price they put on my receipt showed that they deducted the cost of them (Translation - the menu price for the dish was 650, but they charged me 500.). Overall, the proximity to the Mall of Asia and other things was great. I had a selection of other restaurants, including Popeye's (which I'll enjoy next time), and there was a convenience store about 50 feet from the hotel. I will stay there again when I am in town!

It is relatively near Sakka-gai, and you can reach the nearest convenience store in about 10 minutes on foot, but when you enter one back alley, it is dim and there are only one or two food stalls. * It feels like a landscape. There is no place to eat nearest. The hotel has a bar with music performances and a sauna, which guests can use for free. I think it's very good for those who are afraid of killing time or going out at night alone because the hotel is safe. The room was quite old and I offered a change in a smoking room (not specified), which smelled quite tight, but I couldn't change it because it was full. The corridor also smells quite, I think this hotel is hard for those who are concerned about the smell of cigarettes.

Stayed here for a night as we are both tired and all the other branches are fully booked. They only have the Regency 1 offer which was around 2,800 PHP for a 24 hr stay. The room was big and the window is a breather. Maybe if they will put some plants inside the room, that will make it more livelier. We had a bath tub so what a relaxing way to end the day with some warm bath. Had some cons during our stay like - TV not working, local channels only - Wifi connection not that fast - A bit noisy as you are very near the road - Not so many wall sockets available, actually only 1. - When you go out of the room, you can smell smoke and it's very unpleasant. All in all, we had a good stay and we hope that the hotel will do some improvements.

Our stay there was very disappointing, apart from the unit being very dusty and the floor dirty that i have to clean it. Not ideal for thise who have kids and I don't like your customer service. Too much hassle to use the amenities. it is not stated on trip.com that the pool has a fee per use. We were made to wait for a long time just for the ticket and were told that the pool was close even though it wasn't and also the guards and the pool attendant are so rude. It was my first time to experience something like this with everyone we checked in with. Guards and pool attendants are rude.

The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.

During my stay in Manilla I stayed at the Conrad hotel. The location is close to the sea front, although the view is not much to be excited about, it views the quarry and large fishing boats. There is a mall 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. In the hotel, there is one outdoor pool which is not heated, a gym which you can access through the stairwell on the third floor, a spa where treatments can be booked, and several restaurants and bars during the day for your choice if you wish to stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast as there are plenty of hot international options with a range of juices, as well as tea and coffee, cereal, fruit and pastries. The hotel staff were always fantastic and the laundry service and in room service was very quick.

Regarding service, the staff at the hotel were professional and smiling. And they actually helped me with a problem right away - paying the driver who brought me to that location. Checking in was fast and I was not required to pay a deposit. They did have porter service, but I was fully capable of moving my bags to my room on the 10th floor. The room was nice and large, and had a great view of the bay by the Mall of Asia, as well as some of the amusement rides and restaurants along the bay. Air conditioning in the room worked pretty well, and it was nice to see the refrigerator. But the television did not work. The bathroom and shower were perfect. The bed was not bad..a little hard, but comfortable. I did not have breakfast, but I did try their dinner menu. I had fish and chips. The menu said fish, chips and mushed peas for a certain price, but in England, ”chips” is the same as French fries. In the hotel, ”chips” were actual potato chips. The fish was nicely done, though, and while I did get the peas, the price they put on my receipt showed that they deducted the cost of them (Translation - the menu price for the dish was 650, but they charged me 500.). Overall, the proximity to the Mall of Asia and other things was great. I had a selection of other restaurants, including Popeye's (which I'll enjoy next time), and there was a convenience store about 50 feet from the hotel. I will stay there again when I am in town!

Though the hotel is quite inaccessible as I have thought upon booking in reference to NAIA 2 as the basis, I have not in any way or means regretted that I booked the place. This hotel is simple yet provides quality service. Check in duration is convenient to travellers like me who like first flight like between 2PM to 6AM the next day as their check in allotment. It is really a great help. Check out is up to 12 noon with a minimal fee of 100 per hour per exceeding hour. In my case, I did not avail of the latter but rather enjoy their coffee at their cafe near the check in counter. Afterwards, I stayed at the lounge at Room 134 as I awaited to leave for NAIA 1. This kind of hotel is highly commendable and appreciated. Thank you, Pasay Centrale Hotel, for this wonderful opportunity.

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.
