Had a fun and relaxing stay here. Crews are approachable and friendly. The location is accessible and has a 7/11 nearby. I would recommend, and will definitely come back. Home away from home. 🤍

It was a pleasant stay until we saw a roach on the wall. We notified the front desk and they’ve offered to move us rooms but it was late at night and we were in our PJ’s they offered something else instead and although that was alright, i just couldn’t believe that a hotel as famous and deemed prestigious as Hilton Hotel would have a roach

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

I have stayed at the Copacabana many times and I always had a good experience but on my latest trip, I experienced such an amazing degree of professionalism and good value that I just had to let someone else know. First of all, every member of the staff was courteous, efficient and friendly. My room was situated on the highest floor (11) in order to avail the lowest cost. Because of the low cost, I was not expecting such a big and well-apointed room which included a refrigerator, sink, and 2 twin-sized beds, The room was clean with solid wood parquet floors. The Hotel has a wonderful rather large swimming pool with a garden on one side and the restaurant on the other side where I enjoyed my breakfast before taking a cool dip.

It is a purely Chinese-style budget hotel. There is a Chinese manager at the front desk. There are Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets on the ground floor. It feels very convenient, just like in China?

Though the hotel is quite inaccessible as I have thought upon booking in reference to NAIA 2 as the basis, I have not in any way or means regretted that I booked the place. This hotel is simple yet provides quality service. Check in duration is convenient to travellers like me who like first flight like between 2PM to 6AM the next day as their check in allotment. It is really a great help. Check out is up to 12 noon with a minimal fee of 100 per hour per exceeding hour. In my case, I did not avail of the latter but rather enjoy their coffee at their cafe near the check in counter. Afterwards, I stayed at the lounge at Room 134 as I awaited to leave for NAIA 1. This kind of hotel is highly commendable and appreciated. Thank you, Pasay Centrale Hotel, for this wonderful opportunity.

It was a last minute booking. Booked for my senior citizen's parents with my 12 yr old daughter prior flying to SG as they arrived in Manila from Palawan in the middle of the night due to flight delays. I asked for an assistance and the contact person was very attentive. Over all stay, they had fun. They had a good rest. There are food stores nearby. NAIA terminal 3 is very close. The room is neat and tidy. Will recommend this for those who has flight lay overs.

We got the Game of Thrones Room on a very last minute booking, but was pleased to have an Awesome Karaoke Machine Setup, Dinner Lounge, Throne Room (with Sword), A Nice Jacuzzi, and a Double King Sized Bed. Super Amazing Facility... Discreet even with Covered Parking. Best Room, Ever!! 11/10 would book for Date Night again!
