"The reception is accommodating. The food is average because they don’t have any hot meal. The selection of cheese and cold items have many choices and fruit juice as well. They provide healthy options such as yoghurts, variety of fruits, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, chia seeds and nuts. They have also different kinds of danish pastries, croissants, savouries, sweets and cakes. We liked the breakfast buffet station. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food ."

"Service and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata."

"The location is really good and the boss is friendly.
Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!

"We booked a hotel near Lake Como while passing through on our way from Germany to France. The room was generally clean and tidy, with just enough space, though not quite enough. The B&B doesn't have its own parking lot, but you can park for free in a separate garage 500 meters away. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with a constant police presence. The hotel is located on a main road, which might be a problem for light sleepers. The breakfast was average, with a limited variety, similar to budget hotels like Home Inn in China."

"The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. The sound insulation is not very good, the front desk lady Francesca is very beautiful and very warm, people are kind"

"The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you."

Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did."

"On the edge of Lake Como, it is convenient to play. There is no front desk, and you need to call to check in, which is a bit troublesome. The room is decorated in retro but fully equipped. There is no cleaning in the middle."

GGuest UserI had a lovely weekend at this property! It's really beautiful, well-furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The view is also worth mentioning and makes everything even more enjoyable. Despite being close to the train station, it's not too noisy, and it's still a pleasant place to be. The location is excellent if you're arriving by train, but a bit less convenient for those coming by car: the streets are narrow, and there isn't much parking nearby.
