"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

Stayed for three nights. The location is indeed a certain distance from Saihu Lake. We are not driving by ourselves, so we ask the hotel to pick up and drop off once a day. There is no obstacle to travel. I often stay at Jinjiang hotels when I travel because the service is always excellent. The security guard helped us with our luggage as soon as we entered, which warmed my heart. The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is stylish, and the window is opened to have a wide view. Downstairs is the park. The laundry room and gym in the hotel are fully equipped. It is comfortable and relaxing to live. It is worth mentioning that the service of this hotel is too intimate! Due to my negligence, I found out that the clothes were left in the room after checking out. The front desk staff Xiao Gao (a beauty in Korla) and Shen Xinlin took the initiative to help me coordinate. Thank you very much. The warm and efficient service attitude of these two front desk staff made me choose the Orange Hotel in the future. Also to mention is Xiao Gao's quick enthusiasm to help me take ice cubes, I am very touched, this hotel recommended to friends who travel.

GGuest UserThe East Gate is the entrance to Sayram Lake, and the Orange Hotel is very close to the entrance, making it ideal for those driving. The hotel is newly built, with all the facilities being new, and the front desk service is excellent. The hotel also shows great customer care. We booked a twin room, and they upgraded us to a mountain-view king room free of charge. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was a huge windmill, and we watched the sunrise while having breakfast in bed. On March 8th, after visiting Sayram Lake and returning to the hotel, the front desk gave us a knitted sunflower and a large box of chocolates.

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserWe spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. MM221185****Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake!
First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management.
What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors.
The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning.
All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.
