"Nice location. Easy access. The room is wide enough and clean. The aircon works well. Bed sheet is soft in skin. Bed is great. Unfortunately i can hear the noise in the nextroom. And the sound of water pump or generator is annoying every time it turns on. Overall its a nice place to stay."

"The hotel has an excellent location. They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a huge plus. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and is very convenient. Free breakfast is also provided. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is quite noisy. However, I noticed there were a lot of new air conditioners in the lobby, so I assume they are planning an upgrade soon. Overall, it's a great hotel for a layover."

"Our stay at Shore Residences was really great. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to go around the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest."

"Amazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time."
