"The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice.
But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay...
Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out.
There was no kitchen.
There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken.
There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor.
The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean."

"I really wish I could write something positive about this place, but unfortunately my experience was quite a let down. The staff was really nice and friendly, and the beds were comfy. However the ”facilities” were a bit amiss: some beds do not have electric sockets.
I appreciate that they welcome everyone, but I had two seemingly homeless people in my room, with one seemingly doing some ***** in the bathroom with a quite strong body odor. I don't want to sound judgemental, and people need a place to sleep especially in the cold days, but for someone traveling to Koln alone, exhausted from a long flight, sleeping in a room with two homeless people can be a bit uncomfortable.
I wish I didn't have to write this negative review, because I have stayed in other A&O hostels, and all of them including this one had nice staff and plenty of open areas to relax or meet other travelers."

"The hotel is located about 20 km from the center of Cologne in a large industrial area. It is pleasantly quiet at night. There are shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby and within walking distance. The room is a good size and I personally liked the fairly firm mattress. The staff was very friendly at all times. Free parking directly at the hotel.
The only negative point was that the room was quite cold. The temperature could only be increased using the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I had no way of increasing the temperature in the bathroom."

GGuest UserThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated at around 5 minute walk from the Train Station. We arrived the hotel by a late ICE train at night, there is no problem regarding safety or ease of access. The reception is 24 hours manned, and has a self-service drink kiosk which you find rare to be free on European budget hotel chains. Overall lovely staff and big hotel. Note this hotel has only stair access, but to be fair for the price we paid for it is totally acceptable.

GGuest UserA basic single room near Cologne Cathedral, around 5 minutes walking distance from the Cologne Central Station. The check in process is easy (through their app), however, there's some issues with loading the page, so I ended up having to do it again at the front desk.
The room is quite small, no proper table and chair for seating area, but has a small ensuite toilet. The heater is working well, as well as the hot shower water. There's no kettle provided in the hotel, and coffee with a fee at the G floor. There's elevator/lift in the hotel. This particular room doesn't have the cathedral view. It's a conveniently located hostel, so if you're on a budget trip, you may consider station here. They also provide luggage storage service before check-in & after check out.

A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

KKKwakminFirst of all, if you see a strange route on Google Maps, don't believe it. Just get off at the nearest station and you'll be able to walk there in no time.
I arrived late, so it was a bit ambiguous whether I should go out or not, but it's not too far from Kölnbahnhof, so I thought it wouldn't be a big problem to go around Cologne.
The personal locker for storing luggage in the dormitory room fit my rather large luggage well, and the charging ports for each bed were nice.

BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

高高I didn’t see the order without the bathroom at first, and I saw that I couldn’t stand the bathroom outside and changed the room with the bathroom. The bathroom is convenient, but the small water pressure in the pool is shallow, and the water is shallow on the ground. The wet is on a room. The towel was wet before we entered the house, the mildew on the back, the window still no ventilation in the bathroom... The smell could not be lost for a long time, my God! The equipment for bathing is a bathroom cabinet with a sense of time. The door is not very easy to use, and the force is not tight enough, which also causes the bathroom to be wet. There are no slippers, no toiletries, and a hot water bottle in the room. The bed is full of comfort, and the quilt is also the national standard. It is very close to the subway station. It is expensive to take a stop at the Central Railway Station. It takes half an hour to walk. There are many Middle Eastern residents around.
