Love this chain never disappoints

Requested multiple times for a room cleaned. Never cleaned for the entire stay. Had to pick up fresh linen from the front desk. They did fix the drain problems. Worst Marriott property I have stayed in across the US by far!!

The hotel was fresh & modern in design, clean, easy to get to, and the staff were great! Downside: minimal metered on-street parking and off-site parking was inconvenient.

Entertainment, modern style, clean, relaxing. No parking, thermostat fan not accessible to maintain.

We decided to stay at the last minute on a road trip. We arrived pretty late but the Front Desk staff (Michelle & Pixie) were super friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. The EV charger was also a bonus. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again.

The parking situation is not good at all particularly for a solo female traveler. The shuttle gentleman was super nice but my shower didn’t work in my hotel. I did late check in as this was just a place to sleep in the middle of a cross country drive. My criteria for this hotel was I needed a clean, safe place to sleep that allowed my yorkie to stay too, I needed convenient food, and I needed a shower. The shower in this room was broken so I had to get back on the road in the morning without getting cleaned up. I was in this hotel for less than 12 hours. I picked it because ******* said it had on site dining. It did but it was closed when I got there. For this short duration this was a very inconvenient place to stay and the high nightly cost hits very hard when I didn’t even get a shower in the morning. I spoke with the staff about taking some cost off the room for the inconvenience but because I booked through ******* they said I was not able to do that. I would not stay here again and after this experience am hesitant to book with ******* for hotels as it appears the descriptions aren’t always accurate and when something goes awry apparently no adjustments can be made to your cost. Overall very frustrating. I would’ve given it one star for everything if the shuttle driver hadn’t been so kind to me.

No on-site parking. Parking was a block away. Hotel was supposed to have resturant per there discription. No resturant. Very hard to find horel entrance. Will not be back. Room was ok, but noisy

I switched rooms upon arrival due to it not looking like it had been recently cleaned. Staff was very gracious about it. New room was good. Bed was ok. Overall nice property with perfect amenities and location.
