"Great location! Our room had a view of the Arch! The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious too! The 24-hour tea and coffee service was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but comprehensive and satisfactory. However, the $30 parking fee seemed a bit steep, especially since there was ground parking next door advertised for $10."

"What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)"

"The room was very clean, very quiet, no smell, early American breakfast, milk, coffee, waffle, meat patties, coffee direct drinking and ice in the hotel lobby. Gym partition, equipment area and swimming pool, swimming pool has a large and small pool, the water in the small pool is warm. There is a special parking building, free parking. We also delayed our stay for an hour. In short, the price is very high."

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, reminding us twice that there were complimentary alcoholic beverages and a complimentary dinner available at 5:30 PM. The hotel is very close to the Arch of Fauna and Florence, just a few minutes' walk away. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful."

"Hotel is in Cardinal nation and right across a small street from the stadium. The hotel was clean and inviting. Room was spacious, comfy beds and clean. Bathroom was nice. No pool but exercise room faces the stadium. We didn't eat breakfast there as the prices were really high."
