The hotel was clean, but crowded, the staff is not the friendliest, but the service was OK, the pool was small, and the hot tub was filled with people.
Nestled at the foot of the Blackcomb side of Whistler''s twin giants, our luxury hotel resort deftly marries rustic mountain charm with modern European elegance. Under peaked roofs, find impeccable Four Seasons comfort and intuitive care. Featuring 273 luxury lodge guest rooms, suites and townhouses; a 2,185 sqft (203 sqm) workout facility, 75 foot ( 23 metre) sunken courtyard pool, Luxurious alpine spa; a renowned Jack Nicklaus signature Canada golf course; savour the delicacies of locally sourced fare cuisine; family activities and amenities for children of all ages.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good ๐ The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!

This is probably the most convenient hotel in Whistler Village. Although it is not completely ski-in/ski-out, there is a ski valet at the nearest location after going down the mountain. There is no extra charge, and you don't need to carry your snowboard back. The room faces the woods and is very quiet. The fireplace is very warm. The kitchen facilities are very complete, except that there is a little residue in the microwave that was not cleaned up. Parking is a little expensive, but it seems to be the same here. The Japanese food store on the first floor is delicious.

Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper.
Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time.
Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!
Nestled at the base of Whistler Mountain, Fairmont Chateau Whistler is renowned as the area's premier four-season destination. This luxury hotel offers ski-in, ski-out access in winter, a championship golf course in other months and spectacular views all
GGuest User2024.12.22
It is a classic hotel, standard and everything is just right. The room decoration style is old-fashioned, not modern and stylish. The outdoor SPA and sauna in winter are great. The hotel is beautifully decorated during the Christmas season, like a fairy tale world, with concerts and Santa Claus. Of course, the room rate is also high. It is not reasonable to charge an additional 50 Canadian dollars per day for the experience fee. Some simple activities organized by the hotel, such as yoga, hiking, and visiting museums, have to be paid whether you participate or not. Note that you should give a tip to the room.

Pan Pacific hotel is very convenient located we are able to find the hotel easily. There is a supermarket/bar/fast food restaurant across the street, and the town square is a 2-minute walk away; there is a private parking lot, 24 yuan per day, which is not expensive;
Because the airline lost my luggage, I communicated with the front desk, and the attitude was very good.
The room facilities are relatively complete and new, the only thing is that it is a bit small, if the big suitcases are opened, it is difficult to move

Suitable for home kitchen with very complete supplies to cook your own meals here. The bed was not comfortable, the quilt was too thick and impermeable. Others are satisfied. The location is good and it's easy to get out by car.

The room is very nice and spacious. We booked a duplex room. There is a kitchen table on the first floor that can be turned into a double bed at night. The sofa can be pulled out into a single bed and there is a 1.8-meter large bed upstairs. It is very suitable for family travel. And the location is very convenient for parking and traveling in the village. It is only five minutes away from the ski lift! Highly recommended to families!

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was a great experience and the staff were friendly. The room was amazing and spacious. Loved the card and tv setting with my name. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.
AANLUNThe location of the hotel is quite good, right next to the gondola. If you drive, you have to pay for parking. Whistler's hotel rooms all have their own kitchens for easy cooking. Of course, the surroundings are also delicious, and it is good to find any one. The bed rolled down from a large cupboard, but the Queen size was enough for two adults to sleep.
ZZHENBusiness hotel, breakfast is average, rooms are okay, the surrounding area is relatively deserted, there is a supermarket. The parking lot is large, and you have to drive out to eat, but it's quite convenient.
CCKLLEcecellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel.
GGuest UserFacilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm
ๅผ ๅผ The facilities are perfect, but a bit old, the heating in the room was broken the night I checked in. There is parking lot. The apartment-style rooms have higher floors and are divided into upper and lower floors. The lower floor is the living room dining room bathroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a master bedroom on the upper floor, as well as a sauna room, but I havenโt tried it out and I donโt know if it will work. Sanitation is a bit old, and the basin is poorly drained.
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
