The receptionist lacks any customer service skills, no greeting, very soft spoken, and hard to understand through the separating grill and barrier. Also at the time of payment they demanded to know my PIN over the grill. It wouldn’t be a problem if I was allowed to enter the PIN directly into the POS machine. Instead of disclosing my PIN i was given the option to pay in cash. This was inconvenient.

Everything was fine except the daytime receptionist does not have any people skills and she's rude and not easy to talk to our approachable besides that it was all right

Stayed in a king room. Had a little sitting couch and a great size bathroom. The comforters are very thing so I recommend asking for an extra or bringing your own! The room was very clean and a great size.

The motel is renovated but it's a loud motel and you get one pillow per person. No extras! They had nothing else to give, when you could finally find the person to ask.

Staff was not very helpful. Shower leaked and bathroom door was not leveled so it would not close.

The Palace Inn was exactly as described and perfect for my trip. The room was clean and functional. Microwave and good-sized refrigerator. The room was very clean. I loved that there was no carpet! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe!
