Room is not clean
No water or any other refreshments insdie the freezer
Air conditioner was not working.
TV was not working.

Dead cockroach on the floor of the closet and keys quit working twice during my stay.

Nice property, seems of recent construction.
There was only one elevator working and made some terrible noises when moving.
Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was the bathroom did not have an air extractor.
Also, a safe was in the list of ammenities but there was no safe in the room.

This is the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. It might not be fancy as the Ritz, but for the value, this place can't be beat. It was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the front desk people were polite. The breakfast was also significantly better than most other hotels that are in the same price range. The little convenience store area near the front desk came in handy for late night snacks. Everything was great!

It was fun for me and my friends! My experience was amazing! This was a last minute decision and I didn’t really get to look at pictures and I was amazed with the setup and everything went perfectly fine! We went to the swimming pool and ordered snacks! The service was amazing! The man at the front desk was so polite. And to add to that this was my first time paying for a hotel room! Keep up the good work 😁

We were staying in town for our anniversary. The customer service was great. We were greeted nicely and the check in and check out were very easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The full kitchen was fantastic!
