"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand and elegant, the room is spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a superb view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries are premium brands. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage and offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a sophisticated and exquisitely prepared Chinese and Western buffet. The gym and swimming pool facilities are new, well-maintained, and were never crowded. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping district and the metro station. It offers superb value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is just about okay. I feel like they are trying to hard to be a good hotel but are falling really short. It’s easy to get to the airport from here but after staying in numerous hotels in Australia over the past couple of weeks, this one is definitely at the bottom of my list."

"The apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner.
The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area."

"Great place and the ladies at reception were lovely. The only thing I didn't like was the drilling I heard twice during my stay but other than that, great place."

"This hotel is beyond expectation, I love it! First of all, the location is good, it is very convenient to go to Queen Street, and if you like walking, it is not far to South Bank Park. Secondly, the style is very old, but the facilities are very complete. Although the reservation does not include breakfast, there are coffee, snacks and fruits available for free at the reception on the first floor all day. We booked a Valentine's Day dinner, the dishes were very exquisite and delicious, and the service was very thoughtful. In short, a great hotel 👍!"

"Located across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands.
We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times.
Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer."

"Very clean, excellent coffee facilities and lovely staff. On entering the hotel through a locked door we felt uncomfortable. There were rules after rules and then only 1 key handed to us. We didn’t ask for another so we don’t know if there would because charge. The cafe on the premises is open every day except Saturday and we were there on a Saturday. $20 taxi to Southbank or a 30 minute walk. It was a very basic overpriced room. "

"Good location, but facility was pretty average. Could significantly improve on cleanliness as dirt on carpets, floor, corners and elevator was clearly visible. Also could not connect Room TV to wifi hence couldn’t use Kayo and Air Play as I was hoping to watch footy. Food options at hotel bar/restaurant was very limited as well."

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

HHayden ZhouBetter than our expectation because the previous reviews were not too positive, however the room was very clean, and furnitures are new. Though room was small but that was clearly stated when we made the booking. One thing to consider is that the hotel lobby is going though some renovation, next to the hotel is a constructing site of a building so you would experiencing significant noises during the day. But if you just stay here for the night and spend the daytime outside should be fine.

IIgoriThis is a good, clean hotel. The hotel management is incredibly hospitable, highly professional, and efficient, always quick to resolve any unexpected issues guests might encounter. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. All services advertised by the hotel are indeed provided. The hotel dining area offers complimentary 24/7 access to excellent coffee, sugar, milk, and cereal with raisins. It's a convenient 25-minute journey to the city center, and public transport runs reliably without delays. There's an artificial sandy beach right in the city center. For a change of scenery, a fantastic beach awaits in Gold Coast, just a 2-hour train ride away.

XXIANGThe airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!

GGuest UserThe room was next to the garbage station, which caused the smell of the garbage to smell in the living room. It felt very bad. The door lock is a bit difficult to open, the room lighting is a bit dark, the lights sometimes flash, the small room is not air-conditioned, a bit stuffy. Overall, it is OK, but I don't think about staying again.
