Spiez is definitely a must go city!! The hotel was great and they served welcoming cake and coffee for free. Great view for both the room and the restaurants. Yet only that it took sometime to walk to the HB.

Service is perfect in the hotel, the view from the hotel balcony is superb. The hotel has hot indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. Room service quality is very nice.

Most amazing hotel

It's a 14-minute walk from the station. It's all on a slope. You can pick up and drop off from the hotel, or take the No. 65 bus from the train station. The hotel environment is very good. From the restaurant, you can see the lake. The lake area is beautiful.

It's amazing!! The hotel is right next to the lake, with a great bubble bath and outdoor heated pool, but I forgot to write two people when I booked it, so I was charged an extra 500 when I checked in.

This is really the hotel with the worst service I have seen in all my years of traveling. The waiters seem to be very unfriendly to Chinese people. On the first day of staying in the room, there were tissues thrown at the door and it was not cleaned. On the second day, there was a knock on the door at 8:30 in the morning. As soon as I opened the door, the cleaning staff crossed his arms and said in an arrogant manner that the room needed to be cleaned. I have never seen such a thing in my life. This is the first time I have encountered someone who did not confirm whether the guest is in the room themselves, but knocked on the door at 8 o'clock in the morning and asked to clean the room!

Before coming here, I wanted to book a hotel in the popular Interlaken and Grindelwald🏨, but because there was no suitable one, I finally chose the town of Spiez. Unexpectedly, it was the most satisfactory hotel in the entire Swiss trip [frown R] Price: Booked on non-weekends and holidays, the most basic room type, including breakfast for two people, the price is just over 3,000. In Switzerland, this price plus this configuration is really cost-effective. The room has good lighting and a large balcony, overlooking the entire town of Spiez, with an unbeatable view. Transportation: It is about a 10-minute walk from Spiez Station. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Very convenient. It only takes about 20 minutes to take the train from Interlaken, which is very convenient to go out and play! The hotel also has a shuttle bus🚌Residents with luggage can be informed in advance that they can pick up and drop off at the station (and it’s free). Meals🍳: The hotel restaurant + café are both very beautiful. You can enjoy the beautiful town while dining [planting grass R] Guests staying in the hotel are also given a small cake per person 🧁 + a drink ☕️. Although there are not too many breakfast options, the taste is great. We have tried almost all the dishes and they are all delicious. It is better than the breakfast of many Swiss hotels~ (the most satisfying breakfast) Service: All the staff in the store are very friendly, and I have not encountered some of the lack of service awareness and even discrimination against Chinese or Asian guests seen on the Internet. Many people come to Spiez for a half-day or one-day tour. In fact, you can consider staying here for a night [shy R] Not only can you immerse yourself in the beauty of the town: get up early to watch the sunset, and stroll around the town when you have nothing to do. There is no commercial area here, which is much quieter than cities such as Grindelwald, Interlaken or Lucerne~ Especially recommended for friends who are picky about the sleeping environment [smile R]

The town of Spiez is absolutely beautiful. The hotel has a beautiful lake view and provides free afternoon tea every day. The only drawback is that there are not many hot breakfast options.

It's quite far from the train station, it takes 10 minutes to walk, but the scenery is so beautiful. Figure 1-2: View outside the room window. The 25-square-meter boutique king-bed room we booked does not have a view of the lake. It faces the path and can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hotel is located in the small town of Spiez, a 15-minute drive from Interlaken. The hotel's work efficiency is low. It took a long time to change from a mountain view room to a lake view room. The front desk staff communicated with the manager many times and finally arranged a lake view room on a lower floor. The hotel is not the first row of buildings along the lake. View will be blocked. So if you want to stay in this hotel, you don’t actually need a lake view room. The restaurant and rooftop platform are the best locations.

The location of the hotel is very close to the lake and the scenery is beautiful! Convenient transportation! The only drawback is that there is no hot water kettle provided. Fortunately, I brought a foldable kettle, otherwise I would not be able to save my sore throat.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, but it is a bit far from Interlaken, but it is okay because I drive by myself

The room was very clean and spacious. There is also free coffee. There is also a swimming pool outside the lake. What a coincidence, it started snowing on the first night. Lake Thun is beautiful when you wake up in the morning.
