Highfield House Hotel

When I booked, I saw the route closest to the school, but the airport bus went down and we carried the luggage for more than half an hour. If there is no baggage for about 15-20 minutes, the bus can take several stops. Pure English breakfast, breaded omelette bacon ham and potatoes, as well as some side dishes and small West Point, fruit milk cereal tea bags and so on are simple and clean, in short to meet the demand. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There is no elevator in the three-storey building. Narrow stairs, on the day of check-in, a waiter at the front desk was very nice, helped us carry the luggage upstairs, because I came to study so I brought a lot of luggage. On the day of check-out, only one waiter was busy at the front desk, so our mother and daughter It’s really a shame for the two to move down from the third floor. It is suitable for children with a quiet night and the rooms are air conditioned.

Modern Studio Apartments in Castle St

Very clean and pleasant little studio flat. Well designed with all you need for a short stay. The kitchen facilities are particularly ingenious. I received excellent service when I needed it. It is only a ten minute walk to the northern end of the city centre and only five minutes walk to some shops and pubs.
Premier Inn Southampton (Cumberland Place)

We always rely on premier inns all over the country - I’d rate this one about average. Got to reception, nobody there, and the bell didn’t work - ‘it broke last night’ apparently…. Room was ok - paintwork a bit tired. The bathroom had mould all round the bottom of the glass screen….easily rectified with a cheap mould cleaner and 20 minutes work! The rest of the room was tidy enough. We got 1 big and 1 small towel (for 2 people!) so had to ask for another…little things, but they all add up. Maybe time for a refresh at this place…..
The Elizabeth House Hotel

We booked this hotel as it was in an ideal location, with good reviews and cruise parking. We were not disappointed. We had arranged to leave our car prior to check in so that we could visit Southampton, this was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk. All the staff here are very friendly and nothing is to too much trouble. We had a room at the front and despite its location on a main road it was not noisy, well maintained, appointed and clean. Food served was of the highest standard, well cooked, well served and hot. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast was the best I have had anywhere. I cannot fault this hotel, the staff, rooms and food are amazing. We are looking forward to another visit next month.
