This hotel is very close to the Empire Theatre. The room may have been small but we’re not in it except to sleep. Josh’s, their restaurant, didn’t disappoint. We had the salt and pepper calamari and the crispy skinned salmon which was cooked to perfection. Service was good.

The staff at reception were very helpful and prompt. The room was comfy. There was only one chair to watch tv, so someone had to sit on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Had dinner at Zack’s. I had a steak which was excellent and my husband had chicken with garlic sauce. He said it was so tender. The bar staff were friendly and knew their drinks. Close to the Empire Theatre.

The staff and service were amazing, I loved how close everything was so I didn’t have to really drive anywhere. While the room I stayed in was quite small the amenities, furnishings were top notch. I’ll definitely stay again.

I always stay here when in Toowoomba,
It’s always pleasant and staff are wonderful
I eat in the restaurant but always the same menu?
Would be nice to see a change after 5 years!

Lovely staff, room clean. Honestly would have trouble finding an issue. This is my go to when I am working in the area. Great value.
