I got a feeling the room was a “budget” suite that was provided to me, since the app price was quite lower than listed price in the hotel. There is no kitchen utensils and both sink and shower drains are slow flowing. Small issue , does not cost me trouble. Anything else just ok.

Very nice room layout, though the bathroom was too dim. Breakfast spread was quite nice too. I had a comfortable stay and would return to this hotel again in future. One area of improvement, they don't have sports channel for English premier league.

Front desk and Reservation Staffs helped me for connecting rooms, as requested. Satisfied with our stay as the rooms were clean and crisp. Breakfast menus were good. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Great job you all!!

I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

i have been stayed at 6609, the room looks old, the linen looks dirty has spot/stain, i disappointing with the water pressure of shower, its very small and slow i cant get the shower. but the breakfast is good and the staff at reception are friendly. I will come back again to stay at ambhara hotel when having business in this area.

The services at the Fat and Sim Rooftop from the manager ( Mr. Hen ) & all the crew is very helpfull,friendly & great services. Plus side: In the lobby, they have artistic art gallery. Then I know that they will hold art exhibition. If this situation happened in early pandemic, I trully understand. But these situation happened after ppkm loosened up, means occupation rate also rised up. When I checked in... There was two ministry held the event there. I asked the occupancy with one situation, they said full booked for that day and tomorrow. So forgive me that I can't tolerate these things: -When I checked in, the key machine was broke. So the concierge assist me to open the door manually. The machine finally can be operated view hours later. -The tv wasn't working. Needed to call engineering first. Then the exhaust in front of the door was loud. Already fix but still loud. The engineering said when the temperature gows slow it became like this. -They only provide 1 mineral bottle at first. Need to ask for abother one. -Water keetle was leak. The water I poured soak into the tray. -They only provide one towel. I found the hotel provided 1 toothbrush set, but not towel. And the towel...wow...is it 4 stars hotel? When I ask another towel, they gave me the proper kne. Ah.. They also didn't provide toilet mat. I had to request it and it also didn't come. -Their idea to put shampoo and soap in the vanities completely blow my mind. So when we shower, we need to go out to pump the shampoo and soap? What are you trying to do? Dear Grandkemang, Imho, I think there won't be a problem if you focus on the goverment who will spend their annual budget, moreover on their year end budget. Their need to spend it, so maybe they won't complain like me for the service and situation. But for people like me... Apologies for being hars, but this situation make me never want to stay in here again... Except the goverment pay me for that.

Hotel is part of a shopping mall (a very average shopping mall) and not much going on in the general area. However, room was comfortable enough, being on 25th floor I had huge windows to a great of the urban sprawl that is Jakarta. Nice pool and sauna with a good selection in the restaurant, where they took good care of me. All in all a good stay.

This is my first time stay in Swiss belresidences Kalibata. For me, this hotel provide best accomodation, the room is comfort, breakfast is also good with various food. The unit are spacious, Our room Accessible from -Room-Toilet-Living room-Kitchenette, easy to Push/pull our luggages, Highly recommended to any Personal shoppers from outside country to stay here, Huge room to keep big luggages and boxes! i like the idea of drinking water are refillable using the big bulk drink bottle dispensers. One of the front of house employee named ”Chevas” went over beyond to help make our stay safe & enjoyable. Check out on Thursday 16th Feb 23 - all the front desk staff that working on that time extremely hospitable (Please give your staff awards!) and Chevas is one of the top notch! Incredibly helpful gentleman. I had an issue in the first day i came, Express my dissapointment with one of the Front of house employee ”Chevas” Very nice & soft spoken guy! FAST FORWARD - Immediate action from him, Thank you Chevas for sorting out our issues so quick.. Thank you to you and other employees -GYM wise.. I think needs hotel WIFI that automatically connected. Location wise from my point of view, need to put a big signage (Citadines sudirman) from the big road- The entrance quite confusing. Overall Awesome place! Fair value of money, So this was a big plus Will definitely come back again for another relaxing, quite and peace time on this apartment in one of the busiest city. i will recommend this hotel/apartment to my colleagues. who wanted to travel to Jakarta Mr Heri & Mrs Heri (Bandar Seri Begawan)
