Not bad, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Although his English communication was a bit awkward, I still managed to borrow a hair dryer from him.

The hotel is in Kuningan area but far from major malls. What I love about the hotel is its convenience of being able to cook and accommodate my party of four adults and two children. The kitchen was fully equipped and bed was comfortable!

My go to hotel in Blok M area. Staff are really nice & accomodating. Near to 2 malls, bus terminal. Diff food cuisines in the area. Wl def come back again

I hv called for special request as the trip is for our 11th wed anniv. And the tent for kids. But when we check in. They're still not prepare it.. But anyway they finnaly bring us the cake n the tent. Breakfast is amazing. The view the srvce n food. the pool is indoor, which i dont really like it..

Suitable for business, the service is very good, because of some changes in the trip, the temporary modification is also agreed

On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations. After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options. The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options. The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation. In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

The hotel is beautiful, nearby the hotel there is a food court which is great. However when I entered the room, I found the slipper is with dirty stain which I believed this is not up to Four Seasons’ standard. When I texted their operation team about the issue, they just sent a new one to my room without further courtesy call .

It's my 1st time to Jakarta to meet some friends. Therefore I decided to try this property by booking a one night stay, Raffles King Room during this trip. I was warmly welcomed by Dul who was on the ground, making sure I am not burdened by my baggage and my entrance was welcoming. He never failed to be great and asked my well being from time to time. Checkin was done with Ardi. Ardi was very professional and accommodating, guiding me through how I can maximise my stay based on my needs, recommending me amenities and recommendations both in and out of the property. Really helpful and thankful, especially for the option to have my breakfast in room as I had to leave the hotel early. Eky was very dedicated and friendly, I experienced it first hand as he helped me with my breakfast needs and requirements. Rest of the ground staffs were very dedicated people whom represent the brand and property well. I will definitely be back for a longer stay on my next visit to jakarta.

Take 30 minutes just to find parking space before check in, the hotel should have dedicated place for staying guest instead of mix all space with guest parking (especially during hotel event such as meeting, wedding, etc) The room and toilet has nice ambiance, but the mini bar has no complimentary food/drink (other than plain water) The hotel was too crowded due to ongoing event, The pool is not big but quite cozy with pool bar The buttler service is good

I had a truly perfect stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience. I can’t wait to return!
