2-Star Hotels in South Jakarta

Meh hotel, but I suppose you get what you pay for. The room layout is weird, especially the shower and toilet cubicle, I don't understand why they can't just build a normal shower area. Aircond wasn't cool either, and the noise from the main street is annoying. In front of the hotel, every night, there's this people selling stuff gathering crowds which make access to the hotel feel a bit unsafe due to the crowd. In the end, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for.

Near BlokM Plaza and Sqr. Bufft brkfst with one meat, veg, kopi, fruits, cereal, tea. Receptionist was ok, tho no slippers in the room. I walked barefoof in the cold room bcause receptionist said i had to go dwn to get the slippers & i was tired already. Get the superior room its relaxing .

I have never bothered to give a review, let alone leave bad comments, but this one is OUTRAGEOUS. Don’t even know where to start. I booked the twin superior room and when I arrived at 14.30, I need to wait for a half hour just to check in to the room. The hotel has an elevator but it is more like freight elevator to me. When I get to my floor, I was welcomed with trashes and pile of dirty linen JUST IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATOR. The hallway was also filled with used bottles and trashes in front of each room. When I got to my room, I was so suprised that the room was not anything like the pictures. It was really small and old, the bed was really uncomfortable and the TV is not working. Dissapointed with my room, I got back to the reception and asked for an upgrade room. They offered me superior room with extra Rp 150.000 and I decided to take it (of course w/o breakfast!). It was more spacious, but the worst has yet to come. First, the room smelled of cigarretes. Second, the AC is not cold at all. Third, the TV was blurred and the remote was not working. Fourth, the bathroom was really old and feels like public toilet. Fifth, when I wanted to order room service they did not answer my phone. It was really hot in the room that I couldnt stay for a long time inside. At night, I decided to c/o and book another hotel for my stay. In total I spent Rp 370.000 for room that felt like a garage. People, GET UR MONEY SOMEWHEREELSE. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Strategic location next to a major highway. There is a mandatory deposit of Rp. 200,000 (at that time I only brought Rp. 100,000 + KTP was detained). Deposit is returned at check out In the morning at 6 o'clock I called the receptionist to ask for the room to be cleaned, but in the evening when I arrived at the room it turned out it had not been cleaned. Finally just asked for new towels and new drinking water. So-so yah for the quality of the rooms and service. Just for a short trip, it's quite worth the price

Short escape at POP kemang was very good. I stayed one night at room with view kemang raya and it was nice for me. Thanx for all staff for your assist. this hotel have a lot parking space so you don't need worried about your vehicle.

It's a good hotel for business travellers since it is located in a business area. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Some rooms have balcony and other have window. Room has fridge, AC, table, office chair, couch and is good value for money

It was a pleasant to came back to Jakarta after so many years and stayed at Amaris Tendean hotel for the first time for 7 nights is kind worth, only one word to describe it just amazing. The hotel really following COVID protocols without it feeling too clinical. The room are comfortable and the sky light view from my window it’s just stunning,have cozy bed, wifi, clean bathrooms, I just feel like home. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly specially mentioned to wirman for his attentive and sincere service, Yudi, Ary for their assistance and Ritshi for her good attitude and genuine smile, keep up the good work guys💪👍🏼✌️⭐️. I also had the room service and the food was good. It is the first time I tried the ayam geprek it’s really good and I ordered almost everyday, big thanks to the chef ✌️🙏👍🏼 Overall my stay was more than I could wish for, I would happily stay in this establishment for my next visit,highly recommended! Excellent place pleasant staff ...clean accommodation

Location of the hotel is quite convenient, in busy Kemang, close to a wide choice of restaurants, banks, etc. The rooms, not very large, but then again, we needed the place to sleep, not to entertain groups of visitors. The beds were comfy. Overall well clean. Asian (Indonesian) breakfast ok, some choice. Internasional breakfast, much less so, just some white bread with oilpalm margarine. No muesli, yoghurt, etc. Coffee is drinkable, but not the excellent coffee we got used to in Indonesia in recent years. A minus point is the street nouse which can be disturbing, sometimes till late at night. The front desk people are very friendly and efficient, making check in less of a hassle than what is sometimes is. The price is, for Jakarta, reasonable enough. We seemingly were not the only guests enjoying the place, as we could not extend our stay for a third time since it was fully booked. Which confirms the value for money accommodation.
