Very happy to stay there. Staff was helpful. The room is clean, WIFI and AC works great. One thing tho, the TV is not smart yet, so no Netflix etc. But overall not bad at all.

Staying for 2 nights and having bad trouble with the air conditioner. I've to move to a new room in the middle of the night. And it happened again on the second night. And guess what? I woke up in sweats. And they ask me to move to another room at 6.43 AM. What a service! They said "we're having an evaluation about our AC" What the heck? They evaluate their service and make the real guest to be the participant. Do we pay to suffer???

Best location hotel. Easy to go to university of Indonesia. We can find some restaurants and cafe near from hotel. Quite new hotel, so we can feel cozy and clean and comfort in around hotel.
