First time in Gran Melia Jakarta and it was an excellent experience. Especially the front officer , Mr Benedict and Nabila for their assistance and cooperation. Our room was upgraded to suite at red level, spacious, comfortable and very clean.
The buffet breakfast spread was awesome with lots of varieties and the food was tasty. Overall it was a lovely stay here

Stay here for one night with my family for staycation. We love this hotel eventhough it is a old hotel but still clean and well maintained. Very quite. Because this hotel actually is business hotel so it is not much kids facilities. Pool also not big but when I stay definitely not crowded. All staff is nice and friendly. Thank to upgrade my room๐๐ป

An awesome experience staying at Gran Melia Jakarta . Having an amazingly grand lobby as you first step into the hotel. The service was excellent and our requests was attended almost immediately, especially those staff at the Housekeeping, security/Bell Boy and the Reception counters. The room are neat n tidy. Overall, an awesome experience staying at this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I do go back to Jakarta again in the near future.

Everything is good, the room is good the food is excellent. I only got 1 problem, because i got the connection room and the barrier between the room is not good enough, i can hear people talking from the next door and its quite annoying.

The room is quite spacious, the facilities are a bit old, but the hardware quality is OK! The hotel breakfast is rich in variety, but the quality is average! The lobby space design is the highlight!
