"Hotel and its staff were awesome. Luxury stay as mentioned in make my trip. Pool in room as well as in hotel are also a great facilities. There is an improvement needed in washroom. Lighting was not proper in washroom and there should be a foot towel facility outside the washroom so that cleanliness may be maintained. Overall a very good experience"

"For me, this hotel was ideal in terms of location. I love swimming, and in Havelock you can only do this at Radhanagar and Elifant Beach; so, from De Foret to them is approximately the same distance - 25 minutes walk. Due to the ”remoteness” from the beach, the price is lower, but not the quality! Cozy, spacious, wood-finished rooms with soft light and a rustic ambience; radiant, hospitable and polite staff; delicious food, including for non-fans of spicy food; cleanliness, order, harmony with nature. If you want to swim in Havelock, but at the same time save money and not lose quality, book this hotel!"

"I really liked the territory - benches, hammocks, huge trees in the garden and mangroves on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to see beer in the minibar, and it would be better to have bottled water - I did not dare to drink bulk. The food is delicious - both breakfast and to order. In the morning, the only meat is sausages. In general, it is a very ordinary hotel, but the territory is beautiful."

Outstanding
ZZyzyhassimWorth for money, room included breakfast simple but nice. Room very clean, staff & owner very friendly, Recommended to muslim guest to Port Blair. Near Haddo jetty 10 minutes to Aberdeen Bazaar
SSLB26Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Matsya. The location is midway between both sides of the island and very peaceful, although it is best if you have a car/scooter rather than relying on autos. The only downside was that the WiFi was very patchy.
GGuest UserHotel was overall good. The place is quite secluded and you won't find any shops or restaurants nearby. Only option is the hotel restaurant but it didn't have much south Indian choices of food. It's not easy to get transport in and out of the place. Auto can charge upto 400rs for a single trip into the town. The beach is just walking distance from the hotel so that's a plus point.
DDonovan_lOne of the nicer hotels in Port blair. The lobby is very wide and minimalist. Staff took some time to process the check in, need to take photo of our passports and the visa page.
The room is spacious, air conditioner was very powerful, bathroom was large enough too.
The hotel is walking distance to the clock tower and the Cellular jail. Food wise, the breakfast is served at the top floor and there is an average selection of Indian food items. On one day, we asked them to pack breakfast as we had an early start. They only gave us jam sandwich and some biscuits, it was bad.
GGuest UserThe property was good, well maintained but cleanliness was not upto the mark. there was dust in the room on all furnitures. When room cleaning was done, my bedsheet was not changed and they used the same one only again after neatly arranging it.
There was always some pungent smell in the bathroom.
There were not much options for breakfast in buffet. Always chole bhature. No fruits were available. They should work on this.
One complimentary meal was good, sufficient quantity but the taste was not that great.
Overall stay was comfortable and the staff is very cooperative specially the manager, Mr Veera. He was always ready to help.
They also helped my friend in planning a surprise by decorating my room on my birthday, which was awesome.
SsliceoflifeIt's a really beautiful hotel I loved my stay here the staff are wonderful and the vibe is really relaxed. I was a little tired towards the end of always being told ”we don't have that drink/that food/the chef isn't working”, and the rooms can be a little noisy but aside from this would 100% recommend.
GGuest UserA very nice place to visit, right by the most amazing beach at Havelock✨ A laied back natural place with a closeness to the neighbors, and the neighboring dogs. It is easy to get a feel for another culture when living here, as one is just about taking part in others daily lives✨ People who run this place are nice, accommodating and helpful✨ Beds are a bit hard etc though, but nice when getting used to. It has got hot shower, good WiFi, and some amazing Indian food around. I loved my stay at this place. Thank you 🙏😊✨
SSLB26This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.
GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. No room service provided - room cleaning / sheets changing / water and other basic amenities re stocking . Food quality was excellent and service was good for room food orders. They charged us extra for late check out which we paid using a different Gpay account- Even after we requested at the time of checking in- late delay of information- just 40 mins prior check out time mentioned we have to pay 2000 rupees for late check out . Big hassle . will not recommend. You can pay extra and stay in good resorts .
ZZyzyhassimNo breakfast provided as offered in trip.com. Eventhough show the evidence.
Location very near to Radha Nagar beach just about 200m walking distance to enjoy picturesque sunrise & sunset.
