The hotel is not a five-star equipment service attitude. Generally, many local hotels are much better than their services. This home has no transportation service. Other homes are sold too expensive. It is really not worth living.

CcharlottieotsieTook my dad on a trip to Italy for his birthday and the first night of our stay couldn't have gone better here. Margrita was so welcoming and friendly, offering us a glass of juice or water upon arrival. She then gave us a plethora of different croissants to choose for as part of the breakfast. There was a classic course of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes, then a flavoured croissant, and a plate of fresh fruit. The other people staying there said it was the best breakfast ever, and to be honest, I agree. The rooms were incredibly tidy and neat, complete with a fridge to store water for enduring the heat (air con worked a treat, and there were also complimentary water bottles on our first night). The views from the little balconys in the common areas were beautiful overlooking the lemon trees. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle. And about a 10 minute walk from the station when we arrived. All in all 10/10 honestly, and I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to do this place and margrita justice! ๐

JjjtonyhoWe had a beautiful stay at Villa Oriana Relais. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Staff were so warm and friendly and very accommodating, such a hidden gem. We took the train from Naples to St Angello station (one stop from sorrento) which is the closest station, then a 15 euro taxi to the hotel. We walked into sorrento every day which took around 20 minutes but we enjoyed the walk and its nicer have the hotel located in a peaceful area and away from the busy town. Breakfast each morning was wonderful with home made cakes and quiche from fresh local ingredients like lemons from the hotel orchard. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

IiDomelIt was quite a surprise staying at B&B Sorrento Central. Totally exceeded our expectations in terms of room amenities. As for the breakfast, do not expect a grand spread. However, they do have waffles,pancakes,bread,croissants, cornflakes, mueslis and yogurts. They have a water dispenser for filling up for water and a coffee machine that is available for morning breakfast. Walking to town takes about 8-10minutes, the port however takes around 25-30mins.
Do note that there is a bowling alley right beside the B&B and there is a chance of hearing balls rolling down the lanes till 11pm ๐

BBabarGreat hotel with excellent location. Right in the heart of Sorrento. 5 min walk to Main Street with shopping and eating, 10 min walk to train and bus station.
Breakfast was amazing with great local selections. Simple but very elegant choices. Rooms were great. We had two rooms and each room had it own decore and colors.

KKen LotsoI highly recommend this hotel with 10 points. The quality of cleanliness, scenery, room equipment, and staff is also 10 points excellent. There are different restaurants in the hotel for guests to choose from. There are also different breakfast styles every day, so you can choose from them. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far away and you may need to take a car to get there.
But all in all, I highly recommend this hotel!

our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

AArgyro ApergiBeing a hotel manager myself, the hotel is not up to a 4 star level. Starting from the positives,the hotel is on a great central location, very close to the beach,the marinas, all restaurants-shops & train bus stations. The reception team was lovely & the receptionist who checked us in (Terry) was very nice & provided us with the info needed (breakfast times, wifi code etc). The reception lobby was nice. The room was a double standard but very noisy as it was facing the street,the balcony was a Juliette balcony so you cannot use it to sit etc, the shower was the tiny & old,the minibar did not work at all (was not cooling) & when reported to the reception they did not offer to look at it.no iron or ironing board in the room, when we asked for it, we were told to pick it up from the reception and the iron had limescale on it so it was not usable (could stain our clothes. The cleaninless of the room was fair, however I could see that the floor was not hoovered or mopped during our stay. The breakfast was nice and had some traditional items, the service was good but many items were finished by 9:30 and were not replenished as the breakfast was ending at 10am. This is not right, the breakfast buffet must have enough offering until closing time. Also it is served indoors so for those who want a breakfast view, itโs not ideal. The pool was small but clean.
The hotel amenities, service, offering & status of rooms reflect to a 3 star hotel and the price per night (โฌ200 approx) is quite high for this type of hotel.

GGuest UserThe facilities are not working in the room, the TV has sky but only in italian and you cannot work it with other channel as the button is on the top of the tv, you have to stand up by a table to work it, so we didnโt watch very inconvenient. The tub is not working, the power shower has weak water to come out so not a power shower, tv is not working in the bathroom. Headboard has itโs big scratch that looks scrapy leather like very old. The bed linens has brown stains and so as the chairs. Ahhh looks not cleaned for a long time. No options for breakfast, all ready made breakfast like cereals, bought bread and cold cuts from cheap shop.. the fridge is not cold in the room. Needs improvement as to facilities and food service.

GGuest UserI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed.
The showers are very small we arenโt big people and found it hard showering.
Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs.
No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great.
Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee.
Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage.
If going to town itโs a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use.
The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though.
The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest.
I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldnโt for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.

They had a shuttle to city centre which took 1.5 euros each way which was good, as the location was 15 min drive.
Only downside for us was it was difficult to reach here from Port or from Train station. It took almost 50 min to reach here as buses are not frequent. Finding the right bus was a hassle as google maps bus number and actual was way different. You have to check with drivers to know.
The team here were having all the bus n train tickets so we dont have to get in line for tickets this was a plus.
