I must give the hotel a thumbs up. I arrived at around 10 o'clock that night, and the man who picked me up for free was on time and very enthusiastic. The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. Because we couldn't leave the hotel in time due to schedule issues, the manager saw us waiting in the lobby and specially allowed us to have tea and rest in the Sunshine Tea Room. Thank you so much!

Their customer service is excellent. I lost my international converter and I called customer service to request help. They tried their best to resolve my problems by looking for international converter and local charger even though it was late. I am very impressed with their helpfulness in resolving my problem. The room is clean and all beds are well equipped with warming features. We stayed in a triple beds room. Overall, it is considered a good hotel at that area. Highly recommended!

Arrive in Songpan on the afternoon of October 27 and stay at SILKROAD HOTEL. It was cold in Songpan, and I heard that Prime Minister Keqiang had passed away due to illness, and I felt heavy. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk manager Zhou was very enthusiastic. He arranged a room and upgraded it to a deluxe standard room. Due to the cold weather, it was also equipped with an electric heater. Thank you very much. The room's sanitary ware and bedding are clean, and parking is convenient.
