The best thing about the hotel is the location - only a few minutes drive to the Huanglong Scenic Area entrance. Th hotel was also good at helping arrange someone to fetch me from the airport and to take me to Jiuzhaigou the next day. I arrived at night (9pm). Check in was fine, however, I can’t say the reception was very friendly or welcoming - I’m not sure if that’s because no-one speaks English (and yet at other hotels even though no-one spoke English you felt welcome). The room smelled of smoke which is standard in Chinese hotels. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee 🤷♀️ The rooms are not sound-proof - thankfully the kids who were playing in the corridor went to bed at 10pm. Decent shower pressure and hot water. I cannot comment on food - it looked traditional Chinese which I knew in advance so I don’t even bother going there for breakfast. The village itself is small and there is not much around. There are some little shops to get the basics. I wouldn’t recommend spending more than one night - a half a day is all you need to visit Huanglong

I have stayed in many hotels near the tourist area, and this is the most satisfactory one. First of all, the parking lot is just downstairs from the hotel, with many parking spaces and convenient parking. The boss drove us to the scenic area for sightseeing. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which is convenient for eating and reasonable. There is also an elevator to go up and down the stairs, which is not available in many nearby hotels. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout and plenty of sunshine. In short, it would be a shame not to give it 5 points.

The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, so the elderly can stay without worrying about slipping. Parking is available at the door, and there is free charging and water charging. It is very convenient for a group of three to travel. Sometimes three people need two rooms, and the triple room just meets the travel needs. There is breakfast, the boss is very enthusiastic, the house is big and very comfortable, and their Sichuan cuisine is also very delicious.

The room was OK... I didn't notice the check-out time was 12 o'clock when I checked in. I was too tired after visiting Huanglong, so I overslept until 12:30. I went downstairs to ask if I could have an hour to pack and wash. The lady boss looked surprised and asked me, one hour? Check-out is at 12 o'clock, and it's already 12:30. I said half an hour, and she said okay... To be honest, the locals are tough and you don't dare to mess with them🤣 The boss drives a big Mercedes, and he seems to be quite rich🤣
