A very basic hotel with no in room telephone to call downstairs for anything. The in-room kettle needs to be changed. Breakfast is local and real limited and oily. But at least the price matches the expectation at less than S$50/nite.

A short overnight stay here is convenient for an early morning flight as the hotel is close to the airport. Hotel is new and modern and everything works. Did not try the breakfast though.
