Hotel Es Port

The hotel building was lovely and decorated in keeping with an old olive mill. The bedroom room was always cleaned beautifully every day and was very comfortable. The hotel grounds are huge with several different areas to sit in. We had a double buggy for my daughter’s twins which made moving around tricky but doable with two lifts. The breakfast was superb with an excellent selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

The hotel is very well furnished and is a 5-minute walk from the town centre, the main church, the square and the retro train station.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and considerate, providing a lot of help and support. The room facilities are very new and clean, the minibar is rich in variety, and the price is reasonable. The spa is also amazing. It was only my wife and I who used it. The steam, spa, and swimming pool were also very clean. There was also an ice bucket challenge, which was simply amazing, hahahaha. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is rich in variety and the taste is also in line with the Chinese appetite. It is also unique that you can squeeze orange juice yourself. I don't know if we will be the first review from China, but the hotel is really impressive. I will come again next time!

I can't think of a better hotel that I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in recent years. The hotel is absolutely wonderful—a near-perfect stay and holiday destination. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! If you're considering booking it, you won’t be disappointed. The food, service, design, location, views, and staff all deserve 5 stars. The Port of Sóller itself is also a fantastic destination, and I highly recommend visiting. There are just two things you should know before staying here. First, while the hotel has a great location and is very close to the port, it is situated at the top of a steep hill/mountain (as you might expect from the name). The walk back up to the hotel isn’t far, but it is quite steep. So, if you think you might have trouble with stairs or a steep incline, this could be challenging. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind for others. Second, the hotel restaurant has a unique setup. In the evenings, it's taken over by a third party, which operates it somewhat independently, though it’s still part of the hotel. Many high-end hotels in London have similar arrangements. The restaurant is excellent, but it gets very busy. If you’re hoping to dine there regularly because you're a guest, you might not be able to. During our 8-day stay, we were only able to get one reservation. There are plenty of other dining options down at the port, but don’t rely solely on the hotel for dinner. I would recommend booking NAMI well in advance of your arrival if you want to secure multiple reservations. The restaurant is outstanding—just very busy, and even hotel guests might struggle to get a table, so it’s worth planning ahead. All in all, it was a flawless stay! I can’t wait to return!

Very clean, very charming hotel. Stayed on a B&B basis, which breakfast was a very high standard every day. Lunch time bar food was also very good, and a well stocked bar. The pool area is not large, but every day had a lovely position by the pool to sunbath, but also shade should you need it. A five minute walk takes you to the harbour front, and on your walk there are supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Restaurants and bars are amazing and a good price range for every budget. Would definitely return as it is picture perfect.
