Hi
We’re surprised by the service? Only a couple of them were courteous. The bar is very limited, No Expresso Martini, We were there one night and they told us they were out of glasses, it was 9:25 pm. We showed him his stack of Plastic cup’s so we were served?

No possibility for cancellation.
Fine view from harbor view rooms
Very small rooms, even tv is so small that you need lupa.
Bathroom is also small and lacks fresh air and have poor quality of soap and so on.
No bathrobe and slippers for pool and spa
Breakfast ok
Checkout already 10 o’clock
They demand personal information to use internet

the property was very well situated at the beach within easy walking distance of the port shops and facilities.
Finding the car park was difficult since the sign directing traffic to the are behind the hotel was obscured by trees and bushes. A result of this was that I entered a forbidden area and incurred a 40 Euro fine from a non-sympathetic local policeman.
The hotel itself was very clean and the swimming pool was a lovely attraction with areas around to lie out.
The breakfasts were excellent but there seemed to be a shortage of staff covering the cafe area which made the service slow particularly in the evening.
Overall a very nice experience.

The room was very small, the furniture in a very old condition. The room was full of mosquitoes. The walls and furniture were full of blood from old mosquitoes that were killed. The bed was in a very bad condition. The room was not clean. We could not sleep for a single minute the whole night. Check-in took more than an hour. It was also charged more than booked online on *******. In summery the worst experience we have had with a hotel through the round trip in Mallorca. Price performance ratio does not fit here at all.

Fantastic stay, we had an water front balcony, views were incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet far exceeded our expectations, fresh orange juice was a highlight! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area, beautiful hotel!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time at the hotel Marina Soller on our babymoon. The hotel was overall very nice, the standard of cleanliness worth a 5 star, all staff but one person were super friendly and helpful, and the amenities good (parking, pool, spa, restaurant). Looking forward to going back in the future!

Everything from start to finish at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.
My only complaint was that I was charged a supplement for the two children at the hotel when I had booked a room for 4 persons. I emailed the hotel to request confirmation that it was booked for 4 persons, but they did not reply
