Gorgeous hotel with the best team and service. We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s birthday.

The service and food was incredible. Shout out to Jerry! The room awesome. And the coffee truck was the perfect way to start the day there!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Etéreo. The rooms were impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the gym is extensive. The staff personalized our experience, and our son loved the activities at Chavitos, the kids club. The scenic, mangrove-surrounded setting is special for those who enjoy nature. There are plenty of local iguanas on the grounds! But it’s the local cuisine and overall service is that won the day for us. Authentic Mexican flavors from around the country, served with personality and attention to service. We’ll be back.

The most warm and welcoming place we have been to. The staff was genuine and sincere in their hospitality. Etereo is a small resort, and the service is very personalized. Beautiful pools and beach, where finding a seat is never a problem, the food was excellent and they were very accommodating of allergies. We celebrated a special anniversary and felt celebrated by the staff the entire vacation. Each guest is assigned a Guia, or Guide, which acts as your concierge throughout your stay. Ours was Gerry who warmly welcomed us and helped us all throughout our stay, making us feel like VIPs of the resort. The servers such as Juan Carlos, Abel, Sebastian, and Catalino, among others, were exceptional. A highlight for us was the wine tasting experience. Carlos the sommelier was passionate and knowledgable. He brought us some very interesting Mexican wines that are not available in the US, they were very tasty and diverse, and we thoroughly enjoyed the activity and our time with him. Overall, Etereo is a very special place and we would highly recommend it.

My wife and I just arrived home from a 4 day stay at Etereo, and all I can say is WOW!! From the pristine grounds, the picture perfect beach, beautifully appointed rooms……….everything was perfect. However, what sets this resort apart from other 5 star resorts, is its amazing service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the chef, from the pool attendants to the personal concierge /guide (available in an instant), were all the most attentive, courteous, eager to please professionals we’ve experienced in our 30+ years of travel.

Spent my mother's 79th birthday with the main goal to rest, relax and enjoy doing nothing. The Spa is first class, the staff attentive, and genuinely friendly. Food is fresh, and loved all meals. The rooms are large, the all ocean front balconies were huge and comfortable.

Look no further... this is all you need. This is, by far, the best resort we've stayed in. From the immaculate setting to the amazing staff and phenomenal food and drink, this is paradise. My wife and I are always looking for the perfect place and this is it - look no further! Daniel by the pool makes it even better! Some of the best service you will ever receive.

My family and I had a perfect stay at Etero. We enjoyed everything from the beautiful and comfortable resort, to the delicious food, to the fun activities. Most of all, everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. We were always met with smiles everywhere we went. All requests we had were answered with "no problem, we will take care of it". We want to thank the entire team at Etereo. We cannot wait to return.

This was our second trip to Etereo, and the staff somehow improved on our first experience. The resort is beautiful, the room is & rooms are beautiful, the experiences are well curated, and the service level is among the best we've experienced anywhere. Service: The average level of service is impressively high. Every staff member (from the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff to the folks running experiences) is very genuine, and will seemingly do anything to make your experience special. We were greeted by name by folks we interacted with only once prior (or never at all!), and multiple staff members went the extra mile without even being asked. Interactions with the staff are never uncomfortable and there is no excessive formality - they all just seem like nice people who enjoy what they do. The service & staff matches the best we've experienced anywhere. Resort / Rooms: The location of the resort is secluded. We enjoy this, as we have no intention of leaving. Etereo provides enough options with respect to experiences & food that we are perfectly happy staying. The rooms are beautiful and reinforce the grounded, ethereal themes of the resort. We stayed in a room with a sky deck, and the experience is hard to beat. Food: The food is very good. We didn't dislike anything we ate, and some of the dishes (especially at Che Che and the Cena de la Abuela) were incredible. I would rate the food highly, an 8/10. Experiences: The experiences are pricey, but well worth it. The staff members running the Comal Cooking Class and the Wine Club were knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and were the highlight of our trip.
