Horrible experience. No electricity in the room, No hot water, and no water at all in the second night. No restauration service on the spot. The next village is 30 min by car so the situation was very inconfortable. We had to leave on night earlier to go to a decent place. 100USD / Night and worst service ever, worse than camping. After this experience, EKUMAL doesn't want to refund us, even the night we didn't stay. Guys was very arrogant and no comprehensive at all. They lie to us like "Hotel manager doesnt work here anymore since 2 days"
