The service of the hotel is very good. Although it is not big, it is enough for two people. It has everything you need and you can store your luggage. There is a GS25 downstairs which is very convenient. It is not far from the bus station and Daiso and Emart are nearby.

The room I reserved only had towels, water, and a hair dryer, no Netflix, no slippers, and no robe. For those staying multiple nights, if you leave the towel you used that day in front of the door, they will hang the towel and water on the doorknob the next day! I couldn't eat breakfast because they said they don't eat in the morning. It was good because it seemed like I used it well and cost-effectively.

Good choice for travelers! Nearby from hotel, have an express bus station and beautiful beach ❤️! At room I use a machine laundry, microwave and seaview from room. But small terrace doesn’t clean - think about it. Next time I stay here 😉

It's a non-smoking room, but it smells like cigarettes. 4. Facilities: Because it is a residence hotel, there is a lot of storage space. The refrigerator is large. Although it is an old resort, it is a good location for sightseeing at the entrance to Sokcho and Goseong. The bathroom has been remodeled, but other facilities seem to be in urgent need of remodeling. In particular, the bed where you can feel the spring is a bit harsh; Older resorts around it are remodeling little by little, but it's a pity that Seorak Pine is still the same. Still, I liked the hot spring water, so I used to visit it often in winter before the corona, but it's a pity that I couldn't use the open-air bath due to the corona.

Some of the rooms seem to have been renovated. It was much cleaner and better than the rooms I saw in the review photos. The staff also kindly guided me. However, it seems that it is not managed in many parts of the room, but if you think about the price, it is enough to go beyond. It's convenient to buy things that are insufficient in the convenience store on the first floor, and the underground amenities seem to be only operated in the evening, but there are not many facilities, but it's just worth using. The resort itself is old, so it is generally aging and lacks service, but some rooms are renovated and good for cost performance.

The good part is that the rooms, albeit small, are very well designed, look great, and have new quality fixtures in the living space and bathroom. The not so good part is that there is no sound proofing and insulation leaves to be desired, as there was strong condensation on the inside of the windows. Also, this is not a hotel - rather a furnished residence. So the cleaning quality, even between renters, is not great. There was hair everywhere, including in the towels, when we were there. There is no staff on site, except for one superintendent, so any changes to your booking must be handled through the travel website, where you originally made it. You cannot do anything directly at the front desk, because there is none. Overall, not a bad option, if you are ok with above deficiencies.
