좋아요~ 뷰도 좋고 깔끔했습니다!
산책길이 좋다고 하는데 비가와서 못걸어 아쉬움..ㅠ
단점: 수영장가는길이 정말 멀다. 수영장이 1층에 있지만 지하를 통해서 빙빙 돌아가고 지하가는길에 곰팡이 냄새,물때냄새가 너무 심함,, 계단도 많아서 나이있으신분들은 힘들것같음.
객실 화장실에 큰 수건에서 냄새가 엄청남... 꿉꿉한 곰팡이냄새가 진동해서 놀람, 대신 작은타올과 샤워가운에서는 냄새가 안남..
트립닷컴통해 예약했는데 연동이 안된건지 셀프 체크인하려 했는데 예약번호가 조회가 안됨. 호텔측 전화하니 트립닷컴에서 정보가 안넘어온듯하다고 함. 예약안된줄 알았지만 다행이 다시 예약번호 받아서 방 배정받음

어버이날을 맞아 부모님 모시고 왔는데 너무 만족해 하시고 기뻐하셔서 제가 더 행복한 이틀이였습니다.
다음에도 꼭 롯데리조트에 모시고 와야겠습니다.
직원분들도 다 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗하고 주위 환경도 너무 좋아서 다 만족합니다.
특히 침대에서 해돋이를 볼 수 있다는점이 최고의 장점으로 들 수 있네요^^

사는 곳과 거리가 너무 멀어서 왕복 8시간 차타는건 힘들었지만 도착 후 룸에서 고개만 돌리면 하늘과 바다가 보여서 힐링 그 자체 였습니다

속초는 다시 가고 싶어요.
4성급에 맞춰 다 갖춰져있고 룸이 넓어 좋았어요.
감기에 걸려 생수가 많이 필요했는데 생수에 인색하지 않아 좋았어요. 속초 가게 되면 또 방문 할게요🤗
