The view from the accommodation is very nice and the lobby staff are very friendly. The weather was very cold outside, but the room was very warm and comfortable, so I had a good rest!!!

The room is very big, much bigger than other hotels. There is also a dryer in the room, which takes into account the humidity and laundry problems of the beach. Of course, there is a washing machine in the room, so you can wash and dry your clothes after swimming. Overall, this is a good deal for this price and conditions in the peak tourist season at Sokcho Beach. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. There are many snacks nearby.

The resort building is old but well organized and clean Although there are many reviews that are old, I think it's great if you have this facility at a reasonable price, and except for weekends and seasons It's really cheap and if you upgrade to the lake view, it's a view restaurant. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

The staff is very friendly and it was a pleasant trip. The room was clean, and the sandwiches and coffee for breakfast were really good. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but the other advantages have been offset, and I will go again next time.

I recommend it because it is very good to go to Condosokcho and the sea view is very good. It is so good that Daepohang is close by. There are delicious foods in several Sokcho in Daepohang fish market, so you can have a lot of choices. Right next to the coastal ball, but quiet in the room and the sea ball walk course was good. Of course the hotel is clean and the sea is overlooked when you see the sea on the balcony. The hotel's outer wall is called Gessie and the view is healing. The lack of is that if you are on weekdays, the price is good and the price is too high on weekends and public holidays. I went to Chuseok and I heard 200,000 won for one room, but the same room costs only 50,000 won per week.It seems to be popular when Chuseok. Breakfast is buffet and not so rich than I imagined, but there are many fruit milk eggs and it is also good to enjoy breakfast because it is not next to the window with a sea view. Recommended if you come for family trips or group trips!

Service, sea view, cleanliness, comfort, food are all good, and the price is worth it. The hotel itself is a great location. Ha. But. Instead, I stayed in a two-room suite, but there were three major flaws: 1. The door chain was installed incorrectly by the hotel, so I had to push and open it with my finger every time I closed and opened the door, which was very dangerous, so I taped it on. 2. My mother was locked out because the bathroom lock was broken, so I opened it from outside. 3. The bathtub in the living room took several hours to fill up with water, and I found out that the drain plug had a gap, which took a long time. There was no compensation for facility defects or inconveniences, and they just said sorry and that was the end of it.
