Formerly a post office, this grand hotel has no resemblance to its roots. It is big! and fancy! that well staffed. We picked the least expensive room in the most expensive hotel, mostly to be sure there was an elevator. Our room, totally white, was comfortable and the white marble bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast is very good with a professional staff always ready to help. Eggs, lox, croissants, fruit. You want it? it's there. Cotton sheets, thick towels, good pillows. A thermostat. It lost a star because I found it a little too formal.

Very good, it is an old five-star hotel. It is better if you choose a room facing the sea view. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It is a five-minute walk and there is a parking lot at the door. It is very convenient.

This Caportigia Boutique is not bad. It is also the most expensive hotel booked on this route. It has a sense of design, good quality of objects, and good service. The black doorman was very hardworking, and the breakfast was rich, not very cost-effective. High, but also worth the price. Probably because the hotel is a remodeled old building, the storey height is very high, plus the top decoration, it feels like a palace...hehe, overall it feels good. 4 star hotel in great location 500 meters south to Ortigia Island 2km to the north to reach the archaeological site park Rich variety of breakfast There is free parking on the side of the road at the entrance. There is an enthusiastic uncle in the shop opposite to tell me how to park better The roadside room is noisy due to the sweeping work in the early morning, but the balcony is great. There are gains and losses, right?

Before we even stayed in the hotel I knew the experience was going to be great - every mail I sent them before the trip was responded to in a timely fashion and super polite. On arrival we were greeted and shown to our room which was lovely. The hotel was quiet and all the staff were very polite and friendly (shout out to Magdy in the restaurant). We had dinner on our first night in the restaurant which was excellent, and breakfast was good too

The hotel is not very far from the city center, 2 minutes from the ancient Roman theater. Breakfast is average. Suite standards are obviously low. The hotel is not very far away from the city center,and it is two minutes walk from the ancient Roman amphitheater. Its breakfast is so so.

The room was very large, the bed was very spacious. The room is large but it lacks a shower rather than a bathroom. The sea view, very beautiful. The breakfast is very nice and complete. I am a gentle staff because 50% of them are sympathetic and the other half to be reviewed. Hotel is chic ultra chic Along the town of small bemoles. The swimming pool is closed at 19H too early. Wi-Fi works very well

Good location, breakfast is not the worst but without madness, you speak English at the reception, comfortable bed. The minus is humidity and it seems to be order but not to the end - but I noticed that this is the norm in Sicily. I recommend it at this price.

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent! From the comfortable bed, the spa slippers provided, to the mocha pot and fridge, the room was a refuge after exploring Syracuse all day! A great selection of restaurants within a short radius along with a small supermarket. We walked everywhere from the Hotel, day or night. Thank you for a great 6 nights. Shelley and Tom

Lovely hotel. Beautifully restored recently. We had a Deluxe room, which was absolute bliss after a boutique prison cell in Taormina. High ceilings, plenty of floor and cupboard space, and a wonderfully comfortable king size bed, with lovely bed linen. Nice balcony. Excellent breakfast. Oh, and it has the best location in Ortigia. We fell completely in love with Ortigia, which is so much lovelier than Taormina, and we will definitely return to Palazzo Artemide. A special place.
