"As a small family hotel, we can't expect too much, but it's still worth staying. The location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient to go to Ortiga Island and the city center. The owner of the hotel was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to guide us to the scenic route and introduced us a very delicious Mediterranean restaurant. As a family hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, which of course cannot be compared with large hotels. Mainly in terms of facilities."

"Το διαμερισμα ήταν πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο, σε πολύ καλό σημείο με πρόσβαση σε όλα σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά.
Είχα μια δυσκολία αρχικά στην επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά στην πορεία όλα πήγαν καλά και μας εξυπηρέτησαν και πιο νωρίς με το check in.
Το μπάνιο είχε λίγα μικρά μαμουνακια που έβγαιναν από μια τρύπα μέσα στη ντουζιέρα... Το μόνο αρνητικό από άποψη καθαριότητας."

"We booked the largest suite and it was spacious for three people. The hotel has been refurbished and the facilities are very new and very satisfactory. The location is very good, just in the center of Otiga Island, go to the main church of Siracusa, the square (Sicilian legend shooting square), the seaside and other attractions are very close, walk around. Surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Hotel service is OK, there is valet parking, the island road is very narrow and difficult to open. In short, I am very satisfied with the location and rooms of the hotel. recommend."

GGuest UserEverything is perfect hotel. My wife and I stayed for 2 days. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is easy to access the main landmarks. The hotel staff was friendly enough and always happy to meet our needs. The room was not too small for the two of us and was clean.

The location is in the village outside the city of Syracuse. The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Olive oil. Worth recommending!

GGuest UserA resort type hotel in form of brick bungalow in Europe. It comes with a private pier where you could board on a comfortable boat going to Ortigia (the old town) in half an hour. The landscape there looks so gorgeous that anyone who lives in this hotel should miss it. It also has a private beach which can be accessed through a private tunnel which is quite interesting. Overall, a very beautiful resort overlooking the ortigia with very friendly services and 5-star facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.
What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

**Great Location & Beautiful Room, but Noise Can Be an Issue**
I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.
The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

AAlainMercure hotel although out of Ortigia out town enjoys a very nice location next to the archeological site and next to regional bus stops that take you to cities like Noto.
The pool on the rooftop is clean and well maintained and the reception is nice and welcoming.
The rooms are cool with floor to ceiling window bays and the breakfast on the rooftop is heavenly especially with the fresh ricotta and cannelloni.
This is for me the must be in hotel when in Siracusa.

ZZhilVery cozy hotel. Location - 10-15 minutes walk to all the sights. Cafes, shops, souvenirs - everything is nearby. There is a shared kitchen inside, very clean and has everything you need. Snacks and tea and coffee are free. The room is a little noisy from the road, but it did not bother us. Great stay!

There is free parking on the side of the road at the entrance. There is an enthusiastic uncle in the shop opposite to tell me how to park better
The roadside room is noisy due to the sweeping work in the early morning, but the balcony is great. There are gains and losses, right?

JJet YWe have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in.
The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

WWinglalaThe room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.
