They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

The decoration is very characteristic and full of Belgian modern design. The overall facilities are excellent, the environment is first-class, and the service is excellent. If you say the disadvantage, it is too far from ubahn, you can't get out of the door without taking a taxi.

Very close to metro station and city center, so it's super convenient. The historic decor of the building is quite an experience.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
