Considering it is a newly renovated hotel, the service training should be kept up particularly with the reception. Check in was taken almost half an hour and our luggages were left at concierge for over an hour until the call was made. All guests must go to Hardrock for breakfast, due to short of staff members there was always a long queue for breakfast during our stay, thumb up for the staff in Hardrock for getting the situation under control and breakfast still remain variety and being refilled quickly to accommodate guests from four hotels.
