Considering it is a newly renovated hotel, the service training should be kept up particularly with the reception. Check in was taken almost half an hour and our luggages were left at concierge for over an hour until the call was made. All guests must go to Hardrock for breakfast, due to short of staff members there was always a long queue for breakfast during our stay, thumb up for the staff in Hardrock for getting the situation under control and breakfast still remain variety and being refilled quickly to accommodate guests from four hotels.

Check in was a breeze.. it was really nice gesture from hotel to throw in additional breakfast for 1 child.. Room is big.. there’s a big bath tub for kids to play in … comes with mini bar .. nice touch .. it’s a short walk to attractions.. only thing is pool is kind of small..

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Great location, walking distance to the aquarium, universal studios, waterparks, restaurants, train stations etc. Easy to hop on Sentosa Express to waterfront. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, hotel is comfortable, pool is great. Highly recommend.

A bit of walk to the Imbiah Station which is less crowded than Resort Station. Not much things at RWS, so always travel out to Vivo City for meals. Room is spacious and clean, pool is great. There are multiple pools, so it does not seems crowded. Breakfast has good variety and food is delicious.

Positives - Huge room (51 m2) - View of the sea and city skyline from the balcony - can catch sunrise from balcony too - Very comfortable bed and soft linen - Tv has ample tv channels, allows casting and also has apps installed like Netflix, YouTube etc… - tv can be swiveled - complimentary minibar - toilet has tv too - double vanity sinks - wide bath tub - mouth wash provided - shower water pressure was good Negatives - no bedside usb charging - tv a tad small for the size of the room (40 inches) - no Bluetooth speaker to play music - no electronic curtains - balcony could be better maintained - tub takes some time to fill

The island in general is amazing. It has free transportation all around the island and many activities to do. The hotel is right in front of the beach and the pool is quite beautiful. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very relaxing. The rooftop garden has a beautiful view.

Great location & clean hotel with a big swimming pool. My kids enjoy it very much especially the lazy pool. Just that on our last day stay, swimming pool towel is running out and pool bar close bit early at 6.30pm. Breakfast restaurant is spacious, food choices is sufficient to us. There is a small corner for complimentary old childhood snack. 😊

Equarius Ocean Suites is by far one of the most luxurious hotel stays my wife and I have enjoyed. I took the opportunity to propose to my wife in front of the majestic aquarium view of fishes right inside our room. I was honored to be able to get great support from the hotel manager and his team to prepare the decorations and ensure the smooth execution of my plans. We were also assigned to butlers who provided pleasant buggy rides to and fro the RWS forum. At the end of my stay, I needn't check out at the service counter as I had no outstanding payment, and a butler rode us all the way to Hotel Michael. Highly recommend. Opened right before Covid. Only 40 rooms. It is a boutique hotel. It has past history and old world charm. Peacock walking around the pool What a jewl ! First floor rooms step out directly to swimming pool. On the second floor, some has room stairs go directly to swimming pool as well. The service is so good. Worth coming back.

We loved Amara sanctuary resort! Super convenient location in Sentosa next to Universal, which was our main reason for staying here. Just a bit of a walk to cross the road in front of the hotel to take the bus to Universal. Pool area was not well maintained, seemed a bit neglected as the deck floorboards were coming up and a little dangerous for kids. We have a 2 yr toddler who loves swimming, so it was less than ideal. They apparently were still renovating their kids’ pool so we only had access to the one old rickety pool at the top floor of the hotel. Other than that, five stars for the hotel service, breakfast and general ambience! Spacious enough for Singapore as well.
