Best Singapore Spa Hotels

First time staying here since Covid. Check-in was fast. It was a self check-in system. Only thing is that they didnt accept contactless mode of payment for the hotel deposit. So i still had to proceed to the counter to complete my check-in as i did not have my physical credit card with me. Not an issue. There was a lift leading straight to the carpark. Very useful and helpful. Room size was acceptable. Not huge but not small either. There was a filtration system for drinking water. Therefore, no bottled water was provided. But then again, Singapore’s tap water is pretty much safe for drinking unless otherwise stated. Loved the rainshower in the room. I did not get the opportunity to try out the gym and the wellness services in the hotel. Will definitely find an opportunity to try them out someday.

Positives: The pool was quite big, and the jacuzzi was nice. The location was also quite good as the hotel is a short walk to the Singapore River (the view at night is amazing, and there are a lot of expensive eating options). The breakfast was really yummy 😋 The room was also quite nice, and the television was a bit blurry but had a lot of channels :) Negatives: the room bath area had a nest of insects. The service was also very slow, I had to remind them 3 times to set up the sofa bed. They also accidentally gave a guest my room card, so the guest suddenly entered my room :(

We were upgraded to a suite for no reason whatsoever other than Cedric at check in was an absolute gem🤩. My daughter and I absolutely loved the room with every amenity one could need plus some. We each had our own room with large screen televisions. We each had our own sink/mirror to get ready at as well a vanity/walk in closet area. As 2 traveling women this was truly a luxury. Our view of the winter wonderland/ gardens by the bay was unbeatable as was the view of the harbor filled with ships. We had a small stocked bar as well as a tea cupboard with a porcelain tea set. Prices for in room amenities - such as the alcohol, tea and array of snacks was no more expensive than purchasing at a store surprisingly. Our stay and experience, we felt, was far worth the expense!

I visited Jen Tanglin during Token2049 in Sep 2024, I really enjoyed staying in the hotel for a week. The room service is good, food is good, environment is good, even the customers are good and polite. I promised them to visit them again and I did in Nov 2024 for another business trip. For me, my most enjoyed food during the breakfast buffet is the bread pudding. It's just tastes good, what's your opinion on this?

Clean room. Gotten a free upgrade. Strategic location. Breakfast spread was good. I would like to give a feedback on the breakfast service though. My mum was wearing the hotel room slippers and was told by the lady at the counter to change due to ”safety reasons. However, we saw around 2 to 3 other hotel guests roaming ard and dining in hotel slippers. I wonder whether they were given the same advise as my mum as well? My mum felt she was picked on. If this is a rule, it should be enforced to all guests.

All good except 1 thing, we still can hear voices (not sure came from where) no matter it’s in level 10 or level 18. We called up and asked for this, reception offered us an upgrade of room which can see the fantastic night view of MBS!

**Review for SWISS PRESTIGE MARINA BAY at Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore (21st - 25th December 2024)** We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss Prestige Marina Bay room at Swissotel The Stamford during our family vacation in Singapore, from December 21st to 25th, 2024. Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and it truly exceeded our expectations. **Location and Convenience** One of the standout features of this hotel is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of Singapore, Swissotel The Stamford is incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. It's directly connected to City Hall MRT station, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Whether you want to visit iconic landmarks like Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, or Orchard Road for shopping, everything is just a short train or taxi ride away. Plus, the hotel is part of a larger complex with a shopping mall (Raffles City Shopping Centre) located right below it, which was perfect for picking up last-minute essentials or enjoying a variety of dining and shopping options. **Room and Views** We stayed in the Swiss Prestige Marina Bay room, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room for our family of four (two adults and two kids). The modern décor and high-end amenities ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made the room special, however, was the incredible view. From our floor-to-ceiling windows, we had a stunning panoramic view of Marina Bay and the Singapore skyline. We loved waking up each morning to that breathtaking vista, and the evening view was just as beautiful, especially with the Marina Bay Sands light show visible right from our room. **Family-Friendly Amenities** The hotel was also very accommodating for our kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we felt well taken care of during our entire stay. The room was equipped with everything we needed to ensure our children were comfortable, including extra bedding and child-friendly amenities. **Shopping and Dining** Having a shopping mall directly beneath the hotel was an enormous convenience. Raffles City Shopping Centre offered a wide range of shops, from high-end retailers to casual brands, along with numerous dining options. We enjoyed a few meals in the hotel’s own restaurants, and also explored the various eateries in the mall below. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a fine dining experience, you won't be disappointed. **Service and Overall Experience** The service throughout our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff were always available to help with any requests, and they ensured that our stay was as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Swissotel The Stamford. The combination of a spacious and well-equipped room, stunning views, prime location, and family-friendly services made it an ideal choice for our family vacation. We would highly recommend the Swiss Prestige Marina Bay room for anyone looking for a luxurious yet convenient stay in Singapore, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

Room itself was clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Club lounge had a lovely ambiance and the service rendered by the staff was great. The food offerings were a bit of a letdown though, as I was hoping for more variety. The same desserts were also recycled from the afternoon tea to the evening cocktail sessions.

Truly a stunning breakfast buffet! The staff in the lobby are also incredibly courteous and helpful. The pool is wonderful, we were allowed to continue to use it after checkout due to a late departure and then shower in the gym area. Great, thank you! The only thing I didn't like was the extremely infrequent shuttle from the airport. The last one leaves at 6:45am and there are only 6 trips during the day. Before, in between and after that you are forced to take a Grab, whose drivers are not particularly happy about the short journey. We had chosen this hotel to spend a two-night stopover in Singapore. For this purpose, this hotel is really recommended, as it offers everything you need to relax, it is close to the airport, and you can take cheaper grabs into the city (as you leave all your luggage at the hotel). For this purpose, however, I would expect a much busier airport shuttle. But maybe such guests are simply not the target of this hotel.
